Celtic Horizon Tours

Negative experience: Essentially a ticket touting agency. Charging €819 per person for a single match ticket and 3-star hotel for Leeds v. Southampton. For context a 3-star hotel in Leeds would cost circa €120. Meaning the match ticket is costing approximately €700. Face value is £46 sterling. Absolutely scandalous and shouldn't be allowed. A ticket tout masquerading as a travel agent. I wonder is there a standards agency for travel agents?

Fantastic experience: Went to Aston Villa V Arsenal. Good seats and good hotel couldn't fault them

Fantastic experience: My partner and 12 year old travelled over the weekend to the man united v Bournemouth game. They had an amazing time. Extremely well organised. Brilliant seats at the match. Shopping in the trafford center beforehand and hotel perfect for an over night stay. We will definitely be using celtic tour horizons again for future games.

Negative experience: Really poor communication and contact when asking questions in potential tours and experiences , would expect better

Fantastic experience: 10th March 2023 Myself and my husband just got back from our first trip to Manchester and what a game, won 2/0 . I have say that from booking to getting home was an absolute pleasure. Pat O Connor arranged everything and it ran like clockwork, he is a gentleman. Our seats at the match brilliant. The atmosphere on the bus and in the hotel and I can't forget our wonderful trip to the Irish club,it was electric. A big thank you to Pat , Copper and Niall, the bus driver who couldn't do enough for everyone. We have booked to go next year all ready and can't wait. Just books it guys, you won't be disappointed Tim and Cabrini

Negative experience: I have travelled with this company before and was ok, but unfortunately this time we had a horrible experience, the representative of Celtic Horizon tours John on coach was extremely rude and aggressive, he ruined the whole experience for my family, communications about this back to Celtic Horizon office, while we were there , were also handled very rudely by Jennifer, i will never travel with this company again, absolutely terrible customer service, and ruined a much awaited Christmas present for my children

Fantastic experience: Just back from the FA cup game against Reading! Can’t recommend these guys enough. Everything went perfect from the travelling to the match. Great bus driver and co pilot! The seats we got were great. There was four of us all seated together in the stretford end! Before the game we stopped off at Cheshire Osks Outlet for shopping. This place is amazing, some great bargains. The coach we travelled on was very comfortable and spotless. So accommodating and well run. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Hi, Last weekend I went to Manchester to watch the Man U V Leicester game. The trip was organised by Pat O Connor, Enniscorthy on behalf of Celtic Horizon. Over 100 people travelled from Enniscorthy and it was a most enjoyable trip. I travelled with my son and 4 of his friends, this was approx our 16th trip travelling with Pat and we all cannot wait for our next outing. These trips are managed extremely well and Pat fully explains the itinerary and what is expected of the group ie timekeeping, keeping bus tidy etc. As far as I could see everybody enjoyed themselves. Pat arranged calm seas and good weather for our trip but unfortunately he could not arrange a Manchester United win. The bus driver Michael was excellent and we all felt safe in his hands. A very courteous man. We are all looking forward to our next trip.

Fantastic experience: Celtic Horizons was absolutely amazing. Our tour guide Steve was hands down the best guide! Continuously went above and beyond for every single person on the tour. Endless knowledge and absolutely fantastic at explaining the history and how it all connects. Gave great detail and was able to go way more in-depth when asked. He kept everyone laughing. Perfectly planned stops. Just hands down fantastic!! Thank you Steve. Also Maurice our driver for the extended tour was absolutely amazing as well. We couldn’t not have been better taken care of.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough just how amazing this was! We had Kevin as our tour guide and he made this journey ever so magical! He was so knowledgeable and kind! He quickly became our friend and was even sad to see us leave Ireland. The bus driver they choose, Anthony, was an expert driver. Always safe and thoughtful no matter the situation! They both were so friendly that when I proposed to my now fiance at the Cliffs of Moher, they made it cause for celebration for everyone! I cannot wait to return to Ireland and anyone coming here needs to start by going on one of these tours!

Fantastic experience: Booked a trip to a Manchester United game for myself and my son. Couldn’t fault Celtic Horizon tours, brilliant service. Collected us in Dublin City and brought us to Manchester by bus and boat. Our driver was excellent and a very knowledgeable person. The match tickets we got were unbelievable. Right behind the goals, with an amazing view of the players and pitch. The hotel they booked us to stay in was lovely with great food.
