Fantastic experience: I used the Cassidy Travel shop as I had a voucher that could not be used online. I found the experience to be a positive one and Brenda in the Blanchardstown branch was super helpful, informative and efficient. I would certainly consider booking instore again as the staff are great with tips and advice and they can offer you the best deals.

Fantastic experience: Very easy experience Organised a cruse for my girlfriend and I on a black Friday. Price was very competitive. Managed to find the flights a cheaper but that was it. They made the experience very simple and the staff were very polite. Look forward to working with them in the future!

Negative experience: Booked mexico and had to cancel due to covid. In all fairness they helped with the second booking but was under the impression we had $3600 resort credit. The travel agent was too. It transpired that this credit although in the brochure was not available to us. The travel agent or ourselves were not aware of this until three days before departure. Tried to tell ke it was OK due to small print but when I read small print it said nothing about monies be8ng withdrawn just amenities due to weather or maintanencw. Ended up spending thousands on top of an expensive all-inclusive family deal to take excursions etc. Was sold holiday with resort credit and this is still today in brochure. Staff are ill informed and are selling holidays displaying false information to family's. No sharing of knowledge and dubious selling practices as staff are not informing clients of such changes. Will be taking this further and this won't be my last review until I get this resolved. Very very very unhappy customer.

Fantastic experience: Not the first holiday I’ve booked with Cassidy but definitely one of my favourite holidays. Thanks so much to Linda. She helped us pick out our holiday in Crete, made it very easy for the package (flights, seats, bags, transfers, accommodation etc) we got a great deal and our hotel was lovely. Only issue we had were delays with TUI which is the airlines fault not Cassidy. Overall great experience, we will definitely be returning to book our next holiday.

Negative experience: Trying to call cassidy travel for 2weeks to book a holiday and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone . Booked direct with hotel instead and also booked flights direct. Absolutely no phone service from cassidy travel imagine being stuck abroad! No thanks!

Negative experience: Horrific customer service. Went in physically to the Blanch one, a women served us and we we're mad feel stupid and like dirt on her shoe. Everything question we asked her she made us feel like we were an inconvenience, we didn't have a limit on our budget and we went in to she what would she recommend, awful service. She told us she would email over a few quotes (never did). A few months later we rang, after seeing a great deal online and sad that we did, we got stuck with the same girl the call 'dropped' twice. She told us she would email over a few quotes and still waiting a few weeks later. Horrible attitude, regret wasting so much of our time on this place, steer clear.

Negative experience: Myself and my friend went in last Saturday to get some prices and options for Turkey in May. Gave all the details to the agent who said she would be in touch and now nearly a week later we have heard nothing. Needless to say we went to another Travel Agent and have booked through them so Cassidy have lost 2 Customers.

Positive experience: I most certainly did not hate Cassidy Travel The girl I dealt with was very helpful and helped in every way possible to get the flight times and appartment we wanted which she sucseaded in doing but unfortunately l fell ill and we were unable to travel as l ended up in hospital with a serious infection.l would use Cassidy Travel again and have used them on other occasions

Booking took ages and every small "free of charges" modification were charged to us. 5 days before departure, still no itinerary. What a bloody joke. Whenever I am reading those 5 stars comments, I am sure it has been made by employees or that things changed very quickly and badly. PS stop deleting this comment

Negative experience: Worst travel agency I’ve ever been to. A group of my mates were booking a holiday. They took all of our names down but one of my mates had to pull out after we paid the deposit so I got another one of my mates in for the holiday months away from the date. I explained the situation to a women over the phone and asked for a name change she said it was no problem and it was free. I went up that evening and they said it was €50 for a name change. I paid it and I told my mates that were going on the holiday about it one of them told me it was suppose to be free for a name change as they haven’t put our names down on the flights and accommodation yet as we haven’t paid the full amount yet. So the following day he went up to pay a bit of the holiday off and asked out of curiosity how much was it for a name change and he was told it was €100. Then a month before the holiday one the lads going had to pull out cause his passport was out of date and couldn’t get it sorted soon enough. By this time we had all paid off the holiday installments (€800) per person. The guy that pulled out didn’t get any of his money back and we had to pay an extra €200 between us as according to them one less person was going and it cost extra to re-arrange it even tho we paid off all the money for it so it made no sense. Nothing but a stressful experience. The staff was extremely rude and uncooperative and the manager even worse. They don’t know the first thing about customer service and it’s behind me how they’re still a float as an establishment. If I could put no stars I would but unfortunately I can’t.

Negative experience: Very poor service my friend has a holiday booked for ten days time , her grandmother has just been given a few days to live in Poland she needs to go to Poland now , she has been in with the travel agent to try change the names to her holiday for her holiday to her boyfriends parents , the travel agents have been terrible and not helped and given faculae information blaming a third party holiday agent , she contact them and they are saying the matter had to be sorted with Cassidy travel , the manager off the Cassidy travel blancharstown got in contact yesterday saying he would call back and still no call back , the holiday cost €1700 , my friend and her boyfriend work very hard and are so heart broken and stressed out over the way they have been treated by Cassidy travel , been trying to call there office since 10 am this morning , it’s clear my number is coming up on there screen they won’t help at all, warning stay well away from this travel agent they are very poor at helping resolve simple matters , iv just spoke to air line have a name and referance number for Cassidy travel but can’t get them , air lin said they would change name once Cassidy travel called them , very poor customer service from these guys take your money and won’t help after that stay clear

Negative experience: Careful booking insurance with these guys! If you need to cancel, they cancel the policy then say they can't refund the f lights as the insurance is canceled! Then their staff treat you so rudely after and the store manager tries to justify it by saying well you did bring a complaint to head office. And especially DON'T report rude behavior to head office as the area manager then says her and the store manager have been friend for years and that you're lying and no staff was rude, despite the fact you say you have phone call evidence and the area manager then refuses to listen to it and still calls you a liar on paper!!! BEWARE
