Negative experience: Have to say they are extremely poor on customer services and communications highly arrogant in talking, didn't refund my money back after cancel the tickets almost 40 days before, Better to go with other agency.

Positive experience: Not a good customer service, very bold staff and not respecting the customer rights. Rates are high than other agents. A man called Kosh was speaking me in an inappropriate way when enquiring about a flight rate. Very poor customer service and staff never know how to speak to customers.. I never recommend
