Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of meeting Faithfull ☺️ he went above and beyond to try and find a holiday for both myself and my friend Daniel as we are solo travellers we needed separate rooms. Where we wanted to go wanted to go to Faithfull tried his hardest to find hotels for us but what were offered were not suitable. We did however find a hotel but Faithfull was not able to access it the fault of TUI NOT FAITHFULL. Faithfull is the nicest, friendlies,PATIENT man we had the pleasure to deal with TUI are very lucky to have him as an employee. Thank you Faithfull.

Fantastic experience: Booked my summer holiday with Amy Nolan from the Tui store in the Square. Amy was so friendly and offered so much help. It was my first time travelling by myself with my teenage daughter so I was very unsure about a lot of stuff. Went back to Amy a couple times because I needed to change some things and she was very helpful. My holiday was seamless, being picked up from the airport in Salou by the Tui coaches took all the hassle out of it. Thank you Amy for advising on taking transfers. I will definately take another summer holiday next year and ill be heading Amys way for sure.

Fantastic experience: We had been experiencing a lot of difficulty and stress online and at other travel agents trying to book a Holiday to Santorini for a group of 8 adults, as we wanted a specific hotel. We called into TUI in Tallaght where Tracey looked after us very well. When trying to book the holiday there was a technical difficulty, however after much effort and many phone calls Tracey succeeded in booking our holiday. She was knowledgeable, informative, patient and professional, and above all else friendly. Can`t thank her enough, great service.

The knowledge and professionalism the she showed was second to none,i had to change dates 2/3 times due to work and each time she done so without hesitation and with a smile. She got the best deal possible for me and gave me several options which suited my budget and ask and explained everything step by step. TUI keep hold of this lady! Fantastic experience: I had been experiencing a good deal of stress trying to book a family holiday for ten adults and three children with my usual and other online travel agents. I called the Tallaght store this morning and Faithful took my details and investigated my options. Within three hours he had our holiday sorted. He managed my accommodation requirements, luggage demands and catering hopes all within budget (something every other agency said wasn't possible). I can't thank him enough Now four generations get to look forward to a holiday that will have priceless memories.

Aoife recommended an adults only hotel in Cala Millor and it was exactly what we had in mind! The beach was steps from the hotel and the half board suited us perfectly.
