Fantastic experience: Absolute fantastic experience from start too finish in the Tallaght store,had booked a holiday with TUI before and was very pleased with it but this experience with Amy was excellent. The knowledge and professionalism the she showed was second to none,i had to change dates 2/3 times due to work and each time she done so without hesitation and with a smile. She got the best deal possible for me and gave me several options which suited my budget and ask and explained everything step by step. TUI keep hold of this lady! I could hear is the background that the Tui shop was really busy but that did not come across in my dealings with Rebecca. Fantastic experience: I had been experiencing a good deal of stress trying to book a family holiday for ten adults and three children with my usual and other online travel agents. I called the Tallaght store this morning and Faithful took my details and investigated my options. Within three hours he had our holiday sorted. He managed my accommodation requirements, luggage demands and catering hopes all within budget (something every other agency said wasn't possible). I can't thank him enough Now four generations get to look forward to a holiday that will have priceless memories.

Fantastic experience: Thanks so much to Aoife in the Tallaght store! We’re just back from a wonderful few days away in Majorca for our babymoon. Aoife recommended an adults only hotel in Cala Millor and it was exactly what we had in mind! The beach was steps from the hotel and the half board suited us perfectly. Fantastic experience: Marty Wright TUI Tallaght has organised a number of trips for me and friends travelling together. Next one is coming up later this year. These trips sometimes required booking trains and ferries. His advice on hotel accommodation always provided excellent accommodation at reasonable cost and his knowledge is second to none. I have no hesitation giving him my highest recommendation.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank Karen today when I called into TUI office in the Square in Tallaght today 6/3/24 to inquire about booking a 10 day holiday trip to Nerja Spain in October I found Karen very efficient, friendly plus she had great patience with me. She done a lot of research to get a good rate for me. I am a ex. Tour Guid so I was very impressed with her. I assure her I would return to her office after my 7 day trip with TUI In Lanzarote next week to confirm the booking. If the TUI staff is as friendly and welcoming In Lanzarote as Karen I will have no issue of returning to Karen and confirm my booking. Regards Dave

The staff couldn't do any more to make bookings with them most effortless thing. Im guessing if the could, they would help you pack and drop you to the airport..... they would! Thats how effortless the process is with them. Just a quick side note..... I like to review both negative and positive comments from people who post reviews........ Jennifer seems to have a problem with EVERY PLACE she has reviewed on this Google maps....! Leaving a 1 star review for everyone and a incredible reason of not using or visiting the store/place again. Sometimes is just not right, if everyone else's posts are positive and honest. Dodgy negitive review... something not right there.... !
