Fantastic experience: Very good service and value. Yes, you need to pay for after sales but if you don't need their services ..you dont pay. Travel agents charge a commission, with the online company ... you get the best rates!

Negative experience: Awful service. They canceled the flights that I bought through etravel and they completely ignored me. I'll never buy anything with them again

Negative experience: Be very careful with e-travel. There is always a catch. Prices may seem reasonable in the first place but it escalates very quickly after you made the mistake with buying a ticket through their website. It's either an unforeseeable! change in the flight schedule that if you pay extra they will fix it for you, or different airports within the transit country for connected flights which again they will fix it for you for little! extra money, or selling a sold-out! flight and charging you extra for transferring you to another flight etc. After being a victim of one of the above I asked among my friends and colleagues, and man I heard many stories. You need to read very carefully all the details (including the ones you need magnifier) before you hit the purchase button and best give them a call to check the latest status of the flights.
