I have travelled alone and found it to be quite an experience from daunting to stomach churning to wow amazing. I have also experienced the loneliness of eating at a table for one where the waiter actually took a table and chair out of storage cos I think he felt sorry for me. I had a waitress say aaaahhhhh as in you poor thing when I told her no one would be joining me for dinner.
I've also had them euphoric moments that I've spent with new friends watching the sunset in a beach bar in Bali.

Experience adventure and come back with a group of new friends that you met on your travels.
