Negative experience: They are completely disorganized, uncontactable, and woefully unprepared for dealing with their customers. Near impossible to talk person to person and most emails go ignored, or at least so delayed they're irrelevant by the time they arrive.

Fantastic experience: I used USIT to book my trip to the USA, to secure a summer job as a camp counsellor. They were easy to work with, clear and helpful with instruction and always available to talk me through the process. I communicated most frequently with Roisin, who was positive, responsive and eager to help. I would definitely use USIT again to travel to the US, and recommend them to anybody looking to do the same.

Fantastic experience: Very professional, been for Covid PCR test and was very fast and easy, well organized. No crowd like other places before, but not much covid patients going now probably.
