Fantastic experience: Great to deal with, excellent customer service.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrified that this reputable travel company booked a transfer with a company that doesn't provide appropriate child car seats. To make matters worse, they won't engage directly, hiding behind GDPR. They ask me to go through my local travel agent, which I have already done - the only answer they give that way is that that transfer company only provides booster seats. Yet they booked this for my 3 year old. I cannot recommend this company to any one given their poor customer service and lack of care for child safety
