Fantastic experience: My husband & I called to the TUI Travel Agency in Wilton Shopping Centre, Cork, at the beginnimg of July '25, to enquire about a holiday to Salou that was advertised on their window, which seemed incredibly good value. We were so lucky to be looked after by Karen, who did a sterling job of putting together the best package to suit us. We were very happy to book the holiday on the spot and pay our deposit as Karen was really helpful, knowledgeable & kind, and had a great sense of humour. In due course we called in to pay the balance, & as Karen herself was on holiday leave, we were blessed to be looked after by Carley, another lovely person who went out of her way to look after us. Fantastic experience: Checked into Wilton TUI in Cork, first time, circa 3 weeks ago with a number of concerns re booking a multi stop visit from Cork / Auckland / Naples Florida USA./ Cleveland / Cork. This was a swan song tour to visit family and friends and get the long promised visits over and done with. To Dolores's credit , she / we managed to come to cost effective and excellent seat selection options for Cork / Auckland with a later USA visit plan. I was saved from myself by a very diligent and considerate TUI staff member which is much appreciated.

This year I have booked our family holiday with Caroline and again the service was brilliant and only last week I booked a trip to Salou with Karen..All 3 ladies I have dealt with have been amazing...Nothing is too much trouble for these girls and eventhough the shop has been busy when I've been in I have never felt rushed, the girls take their time to go through everything with you and make sure you are happy with everything before you book!! I would 100% recommend booking any type of holiday with them and it gives you great peace of mind knowing you can pop into the shop with any questions you might have or they are always at the end of the phone...I have recommended them to family members who have also booked here and were also very impressed!! Fantastic experience: Visited this shop and booked a cruise for next summer. (Our kids have grown up so, we are moving away from booking Ryanair flights to Spain etc for a change.) The lady I spoke with, Carley, was so helpful. As we spoke about our cabin selection she pointed out the pro's and con's of the types and postition. She was also able to supply us with information on the islands we were visiting as we spoke. She came across as very well informed. At all times she was very amiable and personal and made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend using TUI again for a similar type holiday.

Positive experience: We recently stayed at the sun palace hotel in Greece after booking with tui wilton. The Wilton staff were lovely to deal with, The location was good and the bar staff on site were also lovely. However, we had far from a relaxing holiday as there were numerous issues that could’ve been sorted by both TUI and the hotel staff prior to us going. 1: Communication between hotel staff was eye opening. We got there and our room was given away so we got a “free” upgrade. Interesting as we spoke another few people who had the same issue. The room was nice but when we got our supposedly balcony view room, the put us in a room where the balcony view was cut off by the a massive shelter, and then they kept having technical issues with the room and we called to reception more than once. Tui staff on site were lovely, the support via the app however, where do I begin? 2: The app kept crashing when we tried to check in for our flights both ways (apps were update and tested on numerous devices). 3: The day before our day trip to turkey, the app decided to inform us it was cancelled. If I wasn’t speaking to a Tui rep on site and he asked to see the app then we wouldn’t have known, notifications were turned on but the Tui app decided to not notify us. The online support fobbed us off when we selected the other day and then had the nerve to ask for a good review score. Luckily for us the rep on site got it sorted. 4: Lack of common details. As the holiday drew nearer we decided to do some extra googling to plan out our days only to find there was a economic tax upon arrival. I've no problem with this however I do have a problem with Tui. I called them and they informed us the rate was 3 euro a night, only for us to get there and be told those rates updates in January to 7 euro per night, so 50 down the drain as we arrived late in the door due to delays with both flights and busses with Tui. 5: This holiday was FALSELY ADVERTISED. The rep in store (which I will not mention as they were very helpful) informed us when booking that this place was not a family holiday destination, and that the people who go there were in our age group. This couldn’t be further from the truth as the place was crawling (literally) which kids, to the point where we couldn’t even enjoy a quiet minute to ourselves poolside. Overall I would rate the whole experience 2.5 stars, 4 stars if we actually got what was advertised. The holiday was discounted and we still felt ripped off. This would be a 1 star if we paid the full original price. I will be filing a complaint with Tui for this. Please take this as feedback to make future holidays for others more enjoyable. Thanks for reading and have a wonderful holiday whoever you book with. UPDATE: Tui reached out to me and were absolutely lovely to deal with. Ironed out the details, are investigating the app issue and they also went out of their way to sort us out for our next holiday. The Wilton Store Experience is 5 Stars. She included our 5 Yr old daughter in the whole process & took the time to let her take a picture & engaged so kindly to include her in what we were doing. Fantastic experience: Having spent an entire morning trying to book a fortnight's holiday at short notice to Lanzarote we finally gave up mainly because switching between flights and accommodation to sort everything out became totally frustrating. Later that day we were in the Wilton shopping centre and decided to call to the TUI office, where we met KAREN. Fantastic experience: We just booked our third holiday with TUI in Wilton Shopping Centre. The girls are so helpful and absolutely brill to deal with. Today, we went to get some ideas for next year and sat with Dolores(same name). She went through loads of different dates and locations with us. Nothing was a problem for her and she gave us some brill advice and recommendations. We booked for next year there and then. Tracey, was also brill with our 5 year old son. She made such a fuss off him and gave him his own ticket and certificate. He was delighted with them. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Just have to say I had an amazing experience when booking my holiday in the wilton store recently . Carley was amazing she took us through all the options for a two week stay . After talking us through some really exciting options around Europe we decided on a Mediterranean cruise with Royal Caribbean. She spoke about all that the cruise entails including all the food and drinks packages and where we would be stopping off etc . The ship looks amazing it’s like a floating hotel . Myself and my husband can hardly wait for our holiday it feels like a dream.Thanks to TUI for making our dreams come true and especially Carley who was a pleasure to deal with and who I would definitely recommend to book their holiday with she is a credit to the company .
