Fantastic experience: Process was really easy as all the information was on SayIts website. The team were very helpful, they always answered any questions and queries

Negative experience: Paid the deposit for an early bird visa programme only for them to say that they no longer had space for me and say that they couldn’t get me a visa. Completely ridiculous

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional company and very poor service. Why cancel j1s applied for since November but yet still advertise for new j1 applicants in the month of January. Do not book a j1 with this company as they are incompetent. Very disappointing news to receive at 5.59pm on a Thursday when the sayit office are uncontactable.

Negative experience: Stay away from this company next year. They cancelled mine and many other j1 Visa applications due to their own incompetence in taking on too many applications. I have to change company to USIT now near the start of February.

Negative experience: Absolute joke of a travel company. They take your money and then cancel your J1 visa due to their own incompetence of overbooking. No customer service at all, so rude on the phone. Stay away from these muppets.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever! If you are thinking of doing a J1 stay away from these guys. None of the jobs that we found were acceptable, even the ones recommended by the staff. The staff I dealt with was extremely rude, especially Alan.

Negative experience: I am currently in the middle of organizing my J1 with Sayit, and it's safe to say that they are the slowest and least responsive company that I have ever used or worked with in my entire life. I have completed every necessary step in my application, and now have lost numerous accommodation and flight opportunities due to them taking weeks to do the simple tasks left on their end. If you're thinking of booking with them, don't. I have given them 800 euro at this point, yet can't even get a response to an email.
