Newbridge Travel

Negative experience: Decided last minute in January to go on honeymoon in March. Husband looked after it with newbridge travel. Stupidly did not realise his passport was due to expire a week before intended travel. Newbridge travel did not cop this either when they took passport to book flights. They also did not inform him of needing an esta visa for connecting flight through America. Cost alot of money to change flights and dates after we realised at the airport and also a scramble to get estas sorted. Obviously it's a personal responsibility to ensure passport is in date but surely a travel agent would check this when booking and ensure all visas are up to date. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: Went into the travel agents the woman took my details and said she would get back to me with quotes a week later nothing. I emailed and was put onto another woman who was sent the same details of holidays for quotes two weeks later many emails sent and not a word back!

Fantastic experience: Just back from an amazing two weeks organised by the lovely Helen, she took care of all our requests, it was no bother to her, always find the girls here great, nothing is too much trouble for them, looking forward to them organising our next trip holiday soon.

Negative experience: Rang Newbridge Travel to book a holiday. They took my details and said will ring me back, but never did. Poor customer service!

Negative experience: Was in contact with an agent to book a holiday, over a week later I was still waiting for a reply to confirm details and prices hadn't changed before paying our deposit. It is now well over a month later without any correspondence. Safe to say we were disgusted with the way we were treated and since 31st July (the last date I tried to get in touch unsuccessfully with the agent) we have found someone else to handle our holiday with the very same details but for a cheaper price.

Fantastic experience: Lynn booked our holiday for my two friends and I. We went in like headless chickens not really knowing what we wanted or where we wanted to go even ! Lynn organised the perfect holiday for us. There is not one element of it that i can fault. So a massive thank you to Lynn from myself and my two friends. Any future holidays i want to plan i know who and where i will be going to!

Fantastic experience: Best holiday booking place, always Booking with Pamela as had very brilliant experience from first time (customers from 2008 ) always attention to details, never disappointed, really find what you want and recommend very best places!!! As we started as young couple and now it is family of 4)) This year booked holiday (all inclusive for 2 weeks family 2 adults and 2 kids) ) was excellent!!! shortly going in again to book another holiday for next year.
