Fantastic experience: I have been using Best 4 travel for numerous holidays for almost 9yrs now and I can honestly say , this is the Best Travel agency April has ALWAYS provided us with information regarding our requirements and she has never failed to impress us .members of my family also use this Travel Agency and have done so for many years .well done to All the team at Omni shopping centre.the manager Michelle and especially April . Looking forward to our upcoming holidays in 2024 , and yes of course we booked with Best 4 Travel AGAIN.

Negative experience: I gave a one star review because of your staff and how the treat a speak to paying costumers I've never have booked a holiday with best4travel and never will in the future my advice to you would be to send youe staff in a course for manners as I am not the only costumer you could of had and lost over the way your "snotty " staff treat costumers who look for help who where willing to spend money in your shop

Hi Orla, When you make a holiday booking, you enter into an agreement to pay your balance by the specified date. You did not do this. When you do not pay on time, your actions affect the rest of your travelling party. The lead name on the booking then has to make a decision on whether to leave you on the booking, having not paid your balance resulting in the whole booking being cancelled for non payment by the tour operator, OR, making the decision to cancel you off at loss of deposit, allowing everyone else who has paid, to proceed with their holiday as booked. Unfortunately, the fact that you were removed from the booking is a result of your own actions. A 1 star review... really is not fair in this case.
