Negative experience: We had such a bad experience with this agency we never got to go on our holidays after and our summer was ruined my son was gutted we all were, we’re never going to book with this agency again!!

Fantastic experience: I booked a staff mystery trip, which was a large group booking with Kamil. The trip was fantastic and everybody constantly speaks about how they throughly enjoyed it. Kamil was extremely helpful and efficient from start to finish and meticulous in ensuring every little detail in relation to the booking was organised. He also kept in constant contact throughout the process and contacted me again after the trip to make sure all had gone well. The trip was a huge success with the help of Kamil and I look forward to booking many more trips with Kamil in the future. I appreciated his help and expertise and cannot thank him enough.

Fantastic experience: I booked a cruise last year with Kamil and it was my first ever cruise. Kamil made everything absolutely carefree and got us the best prices possible with additional be benefits on top! I have now booked my second cruise and like always Kamil has pulled through and got us the best possible rates and additions benefits towards the cruse. Iv been to many travel agents in the past and none were even a quarter as helpful as Kamil, he was always there to answer any question I had no matter how big or small . Fantastic experience: Kamil was excellent, he spent about 2 hours changing a package deal I had booked . My child's passports hadn't arrived on time and I was basically stressed out to bits over this. He made the appropriate emails phone calls and god luv him put on hold for ages for it to me sorted but still had a smile on his face when I saw him. He is a true asset to your company and I wish that more people would make that effort as it will definitely be remembered. I would definitely go back to best4travel. Thanks again Kamil
