Fantastic experience: I have travelled with Sky travel for many years and intend to continue to do so.I deal with Fiona and i can honestly say she has never let me down on my travels , and the planning and itenary are first class. I have travelled for many years and i have never been dissapointed or disatisfied on any my trips. I recently toured Switzerland on my own and met with a group with Trafalgar and it was a holiday of a lifetime was all arranged by Fiona from the Dublin office. For all the years i have booked holidays with Sky Travel i first of all dealt with Leanne Tate and she was both professional and knowlegdeable and excellant at planning my holidays . Inrecent years i have dealt with Fiona and she has managed my holidays to the highest quality She just knows what i want and aims to satisfy what my needs are.She is professional and well versed on destination and and is an expert at delivering what i request .I sometimes think Fiona is also like my therapist ,i feel at ease with her and we have built a rapport. I will continue my trips and itenery with Sky travel.I have never had to complain about hotels flights or itenary planned.I think they provide an excellant service for travellers and are always willing to be friendly and available to answer any queries . I trust Fiona to always provide me with the best trips hotels etc and her guidance is so valuable. I look forward to travel many more trips in the future Regards. Martina Boland

Negative experience: A travel agent that can't book Flights!!! Was told to drop into office so I could use one4all voucher to book flight only to be told that they "can't" do flight only sale. I pointed out that on the website there is CLEARLY a section marked "Flights" The Staff were completely unhelpful and made no attempt to assist or try alternatives. I left and went to another travel agents and booked my "flight only" with ease and was shown absolute professionalism. Don't waste your time with this crowd. If there was a zero star option I'd choose that one.

Negative experience: Went in on the 19th may to find out some prices the girl named Vivienne told me she would email me with some prices I didn't get them so I rang them today and asked to speak to her but she was on a call but she rang me back and said I would get them in a few hours still haven't got the email so if they can't do a job right they shouldn't be in it,my god helena was brilliant when she was there she would go out of her way for u

Fantastic experience: We booked a package holiday to Torremolinos. The package they gave us was good value for money. A special thanks to Melissa for looking after us from fare, travel insurance, hotel and hotel transfers and other extras..
