Fantastic experience: Leonie was so helpful in getting our holiday to Tenerife sorted. I really didn't think she would be able to get the single occupancy room for me but she came up trumps. Fantastic experience: Our family booked with Nicola in the talbot street branch for our cruise. My parents came home and couldn’t have spoken more highly of her! She was also super helpful when I called with an error on the booking for myself and my partner (bound to happen as the parents done the booking on our behalf) and Nicola had the issue amended immediately without any problems! Fantastic experience: Have used this store for all our holiday packages for a good few years now. Nicola is our go to rep and she is amazing and knows exactly what we like in a destination so that take the hassle out of us looking at various resorts in advance. After around 10 resort holidays and 6 cruise holidays we are never dissatisfied with what we get. Can't recommend these enough.

Fantastic experience: After having a fabulous holiday in Rhodes last year through TUI, we decided to book two further holidays for 2023 and 2024 through the talbot street store. I dealt with Georgina and Nicola on these bookings and was extremely happy with the level of customer service received from both ladies. Georgina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and any information she did not have to hand she phoned back with. We also booked a cruise holiday with Nicola who went above and beyond in every way to help us through the whole process. It was a more complicated booking and part of a larger group event, but Nicola handled it with ease giving me peace of mind.
