Fantastic experience: We are so grateful to you for your advice and help on our recent holiday to Italy. Everything was perfect. The accommodation in Sorrento was superb and a great idea to base ourselves there while we did Pompeii, Amalfi, Positano, Capri (with the amazing chair lift to the top) and Ischia (to the outdoor thermal spa). Michale was a gem in The Diamond Suite with his helpful information and was happy to text us out of hours. Then onto Rome to the spacious apartment which was perfect for the Colosseum and the Vatican plus all the other sights. We used public transport for everything and the bus journeys were as scary as a rollercoaster. Thank you to Lisa for organising everything so well.

Fantastic experience: We received a lovely warm welcome when we visited Killiney Travel to book our cruise holiday. Lisa organised everything from flights to hotels to cruise line and destinations, and even managed to get us hotel upgrades at no extra cost. Fantastic experience: What a great team! We booked a cruise with Linda who gave us great advice and our itinerary was exactly what we wanted. We were booked on a Celebrity Cruise itinerary taking in Italy, Croatia and Montenegro. Absolutely fabulous ship, great facilities, cabin and food were excellent. Arrived in Italy on the day of a rail strike and a long way from our point of embarkation. Rang Killiney Travel in a bit of a panic! Thankfully, Lisa wasn’t and after lots of calls over and back she had it sorted, and we made the cruise with minutes to spare. Thank you to a great team in Killiney Travel, they looked after us from start to finish and were on hand in an emergency.

Positive experience: The impressions are mixed: on one hand - acceptable prices compared to others; on the other hand - a complete lack of responsiveness in resolving issues: the manager doesn’t really bother to respond to emails, which is really annoying! Waiting 2-3 days for a reply when you need to resolve an issue quickly is not much of a pleasure...

Fantastic experience: I booked our first Vegas holiday for my partner s birthday and i dealt with Shay who left no stone unturned to all our needs in having an amazing time, well he has our vote for every thing he done for us flights hotel was tops and his customer service was excellent I’ll be defo back to shay when booking my next holiday

Negative experience: We went to the bellevue aquaris apartments in puerto del Carmen as arranged by killiney travel .we would not recommend the complex as it is a major disappointment.

Fantastic experience: Linda in Killiney Travel picked very nice hotels for my wife and I for a recent trip to Poland. Also great choices of cities to visit before and after my main destination (I was travelling for athletics championships). Finally, she and her colleagues were very helpful when we needed to make some late changes.

Fantastic experience: We went to Crete booked by Killiney Travel in May 2023. We stayed in the Creta Palm Resort near Chania. From the time we arrived in Chania, met by private taxi, to the Creta Palm itself, friendly attention of the resort staff,to our journey back to Dublin, again private taxi to the airport, we could find no fault. The resort was spotless, fantastic pools, lovely landscaping, and right on the bus routes to anywhere. We were there early in the season so it was not too hot, the local busses were frequent and not too crowded, and advice on timetables and tours, recommended restaurants and so on available all the time. We took the option to include breakfast and it was great and saved time in the mornings before going exploring. We will go back and thanks to the staff in Killiney Travel for making our travel so effortless and enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Travel Agent, who has modernized incredibly well, provides a very professional service with experienced experts who have typically been to the destinations so they give genuine practical advice. Elaine has been our go to Travel Agent for over 10 years. I can't recommend her or this Agency enough. From Tenerife, to Malaysia, to the USA, Egypt, Turkey and Morocco.

Fantastic experience: Recently I decided to organise a golf outing to Spain with fifteen other fellow members from Killiney Golf club.I approached five different travel agents,Three in Ireland and two in the UK.The one agent that really impressed me was Killiney Travel.Initially I was in contact with Linda who put me on to Niall McDonald the MD to have a chat.He then put me back to Linda who did all the heavy lifting.All in all we ended with a magnificent trip and I can assure all my colleagues enjoyed it.It was all down to Killiney Travel.For value for money ,courtesy, professionalism and most of all efficiency they are second to none.I am totally sold on them.
