Fantastic experience: Was on pilgrimage to Assisi and Rome. John mc Laughlin was brilliant, witty and spiritual group leader.Rita our tour guide organised every trip with great enthusiasm and expertise and her knowledge of Assisi and Rome, was exceptional.Father Conal and Father King lead spiritual masses every day and the sermons were delivered excellently every day.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic as usual, from seeing the same loyal faces to meeting new friends. It was an absolute pleasure.

Fantastic experience: What a trip to South Africa! (March 2025). Along with many other Leinster Rugby supporters we enjoyed our JWT tour from start to finish. A big thank you must go to our JWT rep Martina. From the very start Martina’s professionalism,organisational skills and friendliness put us all at ease in each others company throughout the trip. Fantastic experience: We joined the recent JWT Leinster South Africa trip. The trip looked to be good value with an interesting itinerary, but JWT completely exceeded expectations. There was an interesting itinerary, but key was the excellent choice of hotels in great locations. The first hotel was literally on the Bulls grounds and the each subsequent hotel seemed nicer and nicer. There was a special drinks lunch party just before the Sharks game which was a nice touch. The tour travel rep Martina travel rep Martina Sands was excellent. She was fully involved in everything and immediately on hand helping any of the group in trouble. She did a great job and was highly responsive which made a huge difference. Everyone bonded and it was great to tour around with a lovely diverse group of people enjoying the fun and this was not a trip just for rugby heads. Our only criticism is we found Turkish Airlines not quite as service oriented as other airlines, but that wasn’t JWT's fault. We were surprised at the quality of the trip and the sheer fun and will definitely consider repeating the trip. Highly recommended as a brilliant fun adventure.

Fantastic experience: Just returned to Dublin from a marvellous 2 day trip as part of a group of eight to the beautiful La Rochelle brilliantly organised by JWT Travel where we witnessed Leinster rugby team earn a hard fought win following an exciting match.

Fantastic experience: enjoyed it immensely, great variety, manageable challenges. We would never have managed it without the constantly available support of our guide Maria from a Coruna and the excellent driving and courtesy of our coach driver Santiago. Maria was a mine of information on every place we visited and on everything we needed to know. We never felt under any pressure as she always remained at the back with the slowest moving walkers. Her instructions were very clear and she was approachable, courteous and most helpful on all occasions. Santiago was always waiting at the pre-arranged spot. He used his phone to translate, if we/he didn't understand. If we were going on a camino again we would love to be accompanied by Maria and Santiago. If you are in a position to pass on our appreciation and gratitude to them, we would be delighted. Thank you, Richard and Nuala Power

Fantastic experience: Having been on our 6th cruise booked tru caroline have to say best in the west .her knowledge of cruise ships and her advice on how to cruise is first class .From downloading cruise apps to filling in same second to none .explains how the ship works with regards,dining,drinks packages,tips,she explains it all .highly recommend her services

Negative experience: If I could give zero starts, I would. We enquired about a trip to the Formula 1 Italian Grand Prix in Monza and specifically stated that one of the passengers has a walking disability and is unable to walk long distances. We were reassured that the tickets would be for the grandstand, close to the disabled car park. Instead, we recieved tickets to the far side of the track, approximately 5 kilometres (!) from the car park. These crap tickets were issued to us at the price of grandstand tickets, by the way. Because of this, we were forced to purchase new tickets trackside (which cost us a small fortune) so that the disabled fan could see the race which he travelled 2,500km to see.

Fantastic experience: WHAT A TRIP!!! We took Neptune Basketball club's U12 team to Salou & Tarragona (Barcelona) on a Team building training camp. Absolutely incredible from start to finish. JWT had a representative waiting at 3:30am in Cork airport to greet us and make sure we got off on our trip without a hitch. Once we arrived in Reus airport we met our tour manager Danny in the arrivals hall, who stayed with us through the whole trip, right up until we went through airport security 4 days later. Danny is fluent in Spanish so this was a huge hep. All coach transfers organized for every training session & match. JWT also organized our team excursion to Portadventura world Caribe water park. Hotel was lovely (apart from the food) but other than that this trip was faultless!!!! Happy to advise another basketball club looking to do a similar trip. Thank you to Martina Sands and the team (and Danny in Spain)

Fantastic experience: A recent trip to Lourdes with a group of wonderful people from Edenderry- Carbury and Broadford. Joan was our representative. Joan is such a professional and talanted person. Joan ensured that everybody was so well looked after. Nothing was a problem for Joan. Joan is a talanted singer and guitarist and this added so much to the choir. Joan sang and played guiter on our last night and spent a number of hours with a group rehersing with Joan as part of the group. Such great memories as a result of such a wonderful person, thank you Joan and JWT. Declan Kelly, Mullingar.

Fantastic experience: Went on the Leinster tour to South Africa in April 2024. Amazing trip from start to finish. The 2 hotels were lovely and right in the centre of everything. The game lodge and safari's were breath-taking. Trips to 2 vineyards, table mountain, nelson mandela museum and other places were fantastic. Martin, our rep, couldn't be more professional, friendly or helpful. He organised everything perfectly, even taking to time to re-seat everyone on the long flight when check-in desk separated everyone. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone, even if rugby wasn't your thing.

Fantastic experience: Our trip to South Africa to follow Leinster in their 2 URC fixtures was the trip of a lifetime. Our JWT rep Martin looked after everything and was constantly available for questions or providing updates on our scheduled events. Excursions were arranged in both Johannesburg and Cape Town to museums, historical sites, attractions and vineyards. The highlight being our midweek Safari to Mabula Lodge. I would highly recommend this trip to any other Leinster fans if the opportunity arises.

Fantastic experience: Just back from a fantastic weekend watching France V Ireland. The trip was very well organised and everything went according to plan. Martin kept everyone well informed and made sure the trip went like clockwork. The flights and hotel were excellent. Would definitely book another trip with JWT. Thank you and well done!

Negative experience: Shocking service provide by JWT to my parents who missed two days of their Lourdes trip in September and still no action.

Fantastic experience: JWT managed this trip very well. The staff were there at all the important times (airport and hotel check-ins etc) and were very helpful and friendly. All in all, it was a very enjoyable trip which was well organised.

Negative experience: Horrendous service - have been trying to contact for months over the fact that a deposit was kept from my pensioner mother and her partner who cancelled a trip with plenty of notice. All correspondence has been ignored. The trip was cancelled well in advance of the travel date due to a serious illness. Disgusting way to treat people.

Negative experience: I was on a recent trip with them. My accomodation was very poor. I emailed an account of my experience but got no reply. Not good enough.

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from a 9 night pilgrimage to Santiago De Compestella organised by JWT and their representative Martin Toomey and it was exceptional ! I have travelled with JWT several times in the past 15 years and the service received has always been excellent and this trip did not disappoint.The communication with Martin was excellent , the service in the hotels was great , particularly the hotel in Santiago which was excellent . Nothing was too much trouble and we felt safe in their hands . I can highly recommend JWT and will be travelling with them again in the future!

Positive experience: Pricing was very unfair - way too expensive. Felt like price gouging. Delays in Marseille airport unnecessary - four charter flights and ours was scheduled to go first but went last - over an hour late Otherwise the JWT people on the ground very helpful and everything else ran smoothly. Glad to see that check in and boarding cards were prepared in advance.

Fantastic experience: I traveled with JWT to Marseille for the Leinster rugby final, May 2022. Despite the challenges encountered in Dublin airport the JWT staff were excellent. The trip was well organised everything went very well and whilst Idid not need any assistance it was good to see JWT staff were always available if needed.

Fantastic experience: Excellent trip despite all the airport challenges. The Hotel I'm Toulon was really lovely and very centrally located. Bus transfers were well organised and on time. Only downside was the result but can't blame JWT for that!! A sincere thanks to Martin and the team. Will definitely book again.

Fantastic experience: This was a (very) long day trip to the Rugby European Cup Final in Marseilles. Despite the chaos at Dublin Airport, all the logistics ran like clockwork from start to finish. The JWT people were friendly, helpful and efficient. Just one gripe - the specified time (25 mins after final whistle) to return to the coach after the match was stressfully, and it turned out, unnecessarily, tight. It’s a long way to go to miss the trophy presentation (or risk missing the coach transfer to the airport). But overall, this was a smooth professional travel experience as always with JWT. Now, if only Leinster had hung on for another 90 secs……

Fantastic experience: Great trip, very well organised in such a short space of time. Hotel in Toulon excellent especially the room/lounge you could use any time of the day. Free tea, coffee and soft drinks with biscuit snacks. Staff really friendly and welcoming. Two minor points, transfer bus air conditioning poor and Google map location of pick-up bus could have been included with the package details. Would definitely recommend JWT to family and friends.
