Fantastic experience: A superb all in one platform for booking and managing my company accommodation bookings, would highly recommend!
Positive experience: Hit and miss with Roomex Sometimes great , sometimes tripling prices as have too many intermediaries involved, not good at refunding, Even if they have had to pay out they don’t take into consideration A business spends hundreds of thousands a year you would think they would make more of an effort to bend over backwards to refund and that is very short sighted. Especially when accidental bookings are made and you can’t swap date and when you try takes 4 hrs for someone to get back to you, They have a lot to improve on customer service wise However sometimes great.

Negative experience: If their treatment of the staff at Newbury Travelodge is anything to go on, they are terrible, vulgar and extremely rude, swearing at staff causing great offence.

Negative experience: Doesn't matter who you speak to on the phone they are all rude, all lie and no one is helpful.....just email them, i have already 5 times and no response......ok im sure they would have picked it up then. all the 5 star reviews have no comments why they were so good, makes you think they are just employees of the company.
