Fantastic experience: Really loved Sunrise! I wanted to go on a multi destination trip with my best friend and we travelled to 5 cities in EU. WE had a blast and Sunrise took care of it all and we paid so little!! So worth it! I'd recommend anyone to go, seriously, travelling is the best and if you want a good price, Sunrise is the place to go!

Negative experience: Would give no stars if I could . Arrived at our destination and presented the piece of paper at the customer service that I was told by sunrise travel was our tranfer . The customer service worker told me it was not a transfer and we needed to call sunrise . They have a 24 hour number which rang and there was no answer . We got a taxi from South tenerife airport to North tenerife which cost €180. I was told while away by sunrise that they forgot to pay for our transfers that the taxi would be refunded and the hotel and food were not upto 4 star standard so we would be refunded for the food also . Appealed and was given €118 and told the case was resolved despite the food receipts alone adding to almost €200 . Without the taxi which was off the meter and took over an hour
