Fantastic experience: I was dealing with Ciara, in the Ilac centre branch most helpful girl I could ask for got great advice couldn’t say enough about her. She’s so so helpful and would recommend her to anyone.

Negative experience: Cassidy Travel Ilac Centre Dublin, Absolutely joke. I Booked a holiday for a arsenal match, the lady in this Cassidy Travel Ilac Centre Dublin booked me and my friend Michael into Luton Airport London and the dopey employee booked us out of Stansted Airport. We had paid 1,200 euro for 2 arsenal tickets 1 night. And it cost me145£sterling in a taxi across London and we missed our flight because this employee gof Cassidy Travel Ilac Centre Dublin. Decided not to tell me I'm flying out from a different airport. I can't poxy read so don't presume I can. Plus I paid you 1,200 euro for tickets get it right one job to do so it cost me 145£ sterling in a cab to Stansted Airport but we flew in to Luton Airport. Then I have to spend an additional 200£ sterling for 2 flights. And when I returned Friday I went straight to Cassidy Travel Ilac Centre Dublin and low and behold the women who booked this disaster of a trip. She is on holidays for a week what a joke. So I'm writing this review people to say please please please don't bill anything with this company. I would personally stick with any travel agents bar these.

Fantastic experience: Book holiday with Annieka in cassidy travel. Couldn't fault it . She sent me to the right place because she got to know me and what I was looking for with resulted in me having a great weeks holiday

Negative experience: I wouldn’t touch this travel shop if I got it for free they can’t be trusted tell lies and try ripped you off had to go to small courts to get my money back be aware

Negative experience: Went here to book a holiday for myself and two sisters for ten days, Rachel recommend is the Derici hotel kusadasi. So went ahead all inclusive with pick up etc which didn’t happened not to mention the place we stayed in 4 stars I would not give the place one star rooms for 3 not suitable for one person not 3 every single thing about the place was terrible food accommodation no pick up horrendous hotel worse hotel of my life stay well away for this agents

Negative experience: They've basically said your on your own over this corona thing. No help whatsoever and going to be out of pocket. Was talking to her yesterday and rang back today and she casually mentions I can't cancel payment to the hotel from today, I could have done it yesterday!? Avoid this shower do it yourself.

Negative experience: I am in Benidorm in Primavera Loix booked with Cassidy Travel nothing but trouble bags flights and apartment block put us in Primavera Loix in Benidorm bar shuts Mon Tues Weds 7 o'clock Thursdays Friday Sat 9 o'clock never again

Negative experience: Very poor experience with this travel agency. We booked with a travel agent to take care of everything so we wouldn’t have to. Booked Punta Cana for our honeymoon over 6 months ago and since then have been into the branch over 6 lunchtimes, 3 visits on the weekend and 2 more visits by my partner to fix things and follow up with them when they haven’t gotten back to us as promised. Simple things like my husbands name being wrong on the booking despite providing documentation and going in twice to fix it. Seats not being reserved on flights, requests to resort never being submitted (we rang the hotel to check and they had nothing on the booking), and each person we dealt with at the shop telling us something different. Each time we visited we were told we’d get a call in the next day or two and we’d never hear anything back. The last time when my husband went in to check if his name had been corrected (after being told over a week ago that he’d have a call in a day or two), the lady Started to fix it for him then when he came back in. It’s the simple things that make a good experience and they really missed them and made the experience dreadful and much more time consuming than if we’d just booked it ourselves online.

Negative experience: Felt like staff didn't know what they were doing. One person would give one information and another staff member would say something completely different. Also the day before our flight, they lost our passport photocopies so they couldn't check us in for the flight which resulted in me having to leave work early just to get it to them again. Very dissatisfied with the whole thing.

Negative experience: Hi am disappointed with cassidys ilac centre tried to book a bag after booking a holiday with them girl said she would ring me back yesterday she did not am travelling today so have to go in this morning very unprofessional
