I was very undecided and definitely challenged him on locations, cost, and type of holiday I wanted but for the first time I did a Marbella cruise with a friend and it was unbelievable. The iternary, flight details , pre cruise info all extremely clearly sent to me in advance. Staff extremely professional and will definitely book another holiday in 2026 with Tui Talbot St again.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with this Tui store! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. My travel agent was Amanda, who I'd definitely recommend! She was knowledgeable, patient and kind. She gave me advice on my upcoming trip and gave me ideas of attractions and accommodation. She has personal experience with the destination I chose so gave me feedback from her previous trip which made me feel great about my choice and is very helpful with any questions I've had in email since our consultation. Unfortunately I didn't book through Tui as I wanted a refundable option, but I would have no hesitation in reaching out to Tui/Amanda for my future holiday needs!

Fantastic experience: I Recently purchased an all inclusive holiday with TUI at Talbot Street, Dublin, helped and guided by the lovely Eboni. This is my second time to travel with TUI and I highly recommend this particularly helpful store. My choice was TUI Suneo Cortigo Blanco in San Pedro de Alcantara, just a short distance from Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona. Great value with a smile.

Fantastic experience: Had a problem with my booking, so I just used any email I could find. Got a phone call the day after to have it explained to me what the problem was. Waited a few days to see if it would sort itself out but it didn't. Emailed again and within 10 minutes I got a phone call from Leonie from the Talbot branch. Leonie sorted booking out straight away. So polite and courteous.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of dealing with Ebony, Talbot Street, Dublin Store on a phone booking this afternoon for a Summer holiday. I can tell you one thing; this girl would brighten up the darkest of rooms. An absolute joy to deal with and extremely professional. She went through everything with a fine-tooth comb to ensure the booking was exactly as required. I've been dealing with TUI for years primarily online but today was a great experience and a lesson on how top class Customer Service should be executed, and sadly, how rare it has become nowadays.
