Negative experience: Tried to book a holiday to Lake Garda today. We are old customers. And aside from recently getting demands for payment for someone else's golf holiday ( same name) we were happy. But not today. Young agent couldn't book an advertised deal and offered bookings 70 km away! ☹

Fantastic experience: I booked a holiday to New York with Megan Bourke, I was quite scared at the beginning considering it was my first time going to the US and wanted to make sure everything was fine. I couldn’t recommend her enough, everything was perfect and I had no issues with flights or hotel, our seats were reserved and our hotel was all in place. Megan was transparent with everything and there was no hidden fees or issues at all, she was so lovely and I’m so happy that she was the one to take care of my booking, totally delighted! We will definitely comeback and book with her!❤️

Negative experience: I booked a holiday in Italy with Cassidy travel to lake Garda… The agent I dealt with was Meagan Brooke, I just want say that I was disappointed by the service and how you guys manage everything.. I had no tickets for the gardaland resort park in my papers and I had to make a phone call to organise it from there … the flight had no seating reserved, incredible! I couldn’t believe it and I paid an extra 120 on top of the money i paid so my daughters didn’t have to sit alone … I paid a good bit of money and that was the worst service I’ve received from a travel agent… I hope that you guys do a better job for the clients to come .. if not I advise to you change careers and find something that you love to do Have good thoughts!!!
