Fantastic experience: I have worked with Janice in Bernard Hayes Travel since 2016 and we have been very happy with all trips, we took our first Cruise with her, did multiple locations in US and a Sun Holiday as a couple. But I’m moved to leave my review here (finally) because yet again Janice delivered for our first family Holiday recently. It could not have been better in terms of the quality of the resort for our family of four, the pools and play facilites for our Toddlers, the accommodation and the food options. We went to the Barcelo in Fuerteventura on Janice’s advice and from start to finish it was a fantastic experience, we will be looking to book the exact same Holiday again this year if possible! I have no hesitation in recommending Janice and the team in Bernard Hayes!
