Negative experience: Avoid at all costs - nightmare of a company to deal with. I booked a J1 programme with WorkandTravel.ie for summer 2020. However, when COVID hit, like myself, many students were left disappointed by the prospect that this summer would not happen. Then a travel ban was introduced, the J1 was suspended. Despite this, the company did not offer a full refund and were extremely unhelpful. They didn't reply to me for days on end sometimes. I would strongly encourage any student to steer clear of these guys as I was given a horrible experience.
