Negative experience: We rented bicycles from Sebastian and a chain fell off one of them 5 minutes into the ride. No big deal, right? Wrong! He demanded to know where we were and then came into the restaurant we were having breakfast at and proceeded to yell and lecture us in front of the whole place and tell us we must've been riding extremely negligently for this to happen (we literally just rode the bike on a paved road for 5 minutes). It soured a lot of our experience on the island. It was very demeaning and rude and just completely uncalled for over such a minor issue. Would not recommend dealing with Sebastian while on the island.
