Negative experience: My child has had 2x drivers and 2x driver assistants so far in the school transport. All so far have been gentlemen and driver assistants are ladies a pleasure to deal with. On the other hand the owner is absolutely the opposite. So far its been 4 weeks of multiple emails with no correspondence. I tried call him once about my child's bus route and he would not deal with me at all. My wife tried recently and he refused to let her ask a question, instead talking over saying I can't talk to you about this, its not my issue. Very sad when a company that supplies most of the kids school bus schemes does not care about the kids.

Negative experience: Some of the bus drivers do not know how to use their initiative and should not be operating school services for children. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: Terrible Service. Very rude and aggressive drivers. No consideration for children on board. Bad driving.
