Negative experience: If I could, I wouldn't select even 1 star. It takes a THOUSAND YEARS to respond and still has TERRIBLE SERVICE, I do NOT recommend it to ANYONE! HORRIBLE!

Negative experience: I received a very unsatisfactory service. When I purchased the package, I was informed that all available rooms would be mixed. Upon arrival at the accommodation, only one bunk bed was available, which I would have to share with two boys. Then, a regular bed was made available in another room, but I was informed that I could not change, as another student, who had purchased the package for a female room, was on her way. I talked to several students, and they all told me that they were also informed that the packages only offered mixed rooms. This highlights a differentiation in the treatment of students, as at no time during the package purchase was it mentioned that there would be the possibility of all-female rooms.

Negative experience: Terrible experience! I do not recommend anything with this company. Once you are in the program, they solve nothing for you; the only way you have to communicate is through a platform that responds every 72 hours. When I spoke to the assistant for the first time, she told me that accommodation was included, only to later find out that it was never included, and when I complained, they washed their hands of it. A month before traveling, they informed me to change destinations because there were issues with the visa, when they knew about this situation months ago. They still haven't responded and gave me 1 week to decide what to do. Truly a disaster; look elsewhere because when it comes to solving problems, they do the exact opposite.

Always unavailable in emergencies, not even for basic things that are within the contract! The rooms have beds that are true coffins, they give preference to those who haven't closed an exchange with them. Even with vacancies in other rooms, they say there are none. Don’t close an exchange with Egali, research well, check other agencies. I had problems from Brazil, I waited 3 hours at the airport for a transfer, and many other issues with their accommodation and service.

Negative experience: I booked with this agency, it was the worst thing I did in my life, after the payment, there is no support at all, information is not passed on to the student that you only find out when you get here, I am outraged, I arrived in Ireland, went to the Egali meeting, had a language placement test on the same day and time that I was at school and nobody told me, I ended up missing a week of school, due to Egali's fault and they didn't make any move to help me, since it was the agency's mistake, after you pay, forget everything that was said! Deception!

Negative experience: I am leaving my account regarding my outrage at the hiring of the exchange program. It will probably be deleted, but I'll leave it here! I closed my exchange program 6 months ago. When selling, they pay attention to you very well, but they bombard you with information without giving you any paper and expect you to remember everything. I closed the exchange program, and on the eve of the trip, they keep sending you to watch YouTube videos, so I ask you, do you close support just to figure things out by watching YouTube videos? When you want to ask a question, they keep tossing you back and forth... I came to travel without guidance... upon arriving here, I discover that I have to pay 300 euros to obtain the visa... I contact them, and they inform me that this was presented, however, in a material they have, on the day of the initial presentation, and that no other document has the information, and in none of the 10 YouTube videos is this topic addressed. Another outrage is arriving on the first day of class and knowing that the material they say is included, you have to pay for it at the school's reception, and once again, with no answers. I am very frustrated with the service hired from Egali. Research very well beforehand, as it was not cheap to have such poor service.

Fantastic experience: I did an exchange program in 2016 for a month with Egali, I stayed in the Egali apartment for 15 days and 15 with a host family. Support from the budget to the return from this fantastic experience. Reception at the airport, transfer, tips, everything. In the four final weekends I spent there, I did tours to London, Galway, Belfast, Game of Thrones. One better than the other. I highly recommend it!!!

Negative experience: I bought a 8 month course to study English. Everything was ok, and the office from Mexico was very supportive. Everything went down a few moments after my arrival to Dublin. They ask for the flight schedule 2 months before, in order to pick the new students, but they called me 3 hours before to tell me they wouldn´t pick me up and couldn´t help me, even when I payed for that service. I was left behind in an unkown country to my luck, I missed a night on an hostel near the airport because of that, then I asked if they could take me to the Homestay I hired, again they told me they didn´t offered that service. even after leaving me at the airport the night before. things got worse when apparently they messed their documents: I payed for TWO weeks of homestay and only received ONE WEEK. Of course I didn´t got my money back. I would never recommend this agency, waste of money and bad experiences.

Positive experience: Egali was better before. After buying the package, the service leaves much to be desired. I didn't have problems because I didn't purchase any products. But all my friends had countless issues with flights, transfers, bank accounts, and accommodations mainly.

Negative experience: Egali house in Drogheda is terrible, showers without support. There is a woman in the house, she occupies all the spaces and is extremely rude, some people were left outside because this lady didn't let them in. I didn’t receive any support! Among other problems that I won’t spend the text on. The only advice, don't book with egali, some people have a good experience but don’t pay to see, because here I see more people complaining than praising. There are other better agencies and you can book directly with the school, which is a much safer option.

In summary, the troubles caused by Egali start with a simple bank account, support for essential exchange activities, and extend to absurd levels. In light of the above, I highlight Egali House in Dublin, which provided accommodation where the following items did not work: dishwasher, washing machine, heater, kitchen sink, and 2 bathrooms. Among all these items, the showers and kitchen sink, which are essential for survival and hygiene activities, made it impossible for 7 people to bathe and eat for 3 long days, all during the first days of the exchange. Have you ever imagined leaving your home country and not being able to take a shower? THAT'S WHY I REPEAT, FLEE FROM EGALI AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Note: the items existed but did not work. I am a simple student who, through this, expresses his indignation through this report. I made several complaints, and what they did as punishment was to reduce my level, and the general director is from Egali – they washed their hands of it. I recommend Seda College or DCAS school. Negative experience: We hired the exchange package with the company Egali together with my wife exactly 1 year and 2 months ago, for a homestay, and we informed that we were a couple and wanted to stay together during our stay in a couple's room, that is, with a double bed obviously, and we also requested a private bathroom. Regarding the bathroom, we were informed that it was subject to availability, but regarding the couple's room, there were no problems!!! Upon arrival for the exchange program, we were accommodated in a house with a tiny room and 2 single beds!!! We are outraged because the company sold one thing and offered something very different. Moreover, they have not resolved our issue until now and only say that they do not have availability to change us to a couple's room despite having contracted the service more than 1 year ago!!! It was frustrating to arrive for an exchange planned so long ago and to disappoint our expectations!!! I do not recommend!!!

Research the schools, try to book directly with them (schools) as it can be cheaper, or with ANOTHER agency. No one is interested in helping you, especially when you arrive in Dublin. They don't provide accurate information about everything that happens, or information about the destination. Everything is wonderful, you 'WILL' have assistance that 'YOU DO NOT have'. I had many problems since the moment I booked with them and I still have them now! From payments, information/help/transfer (the transfer is already outrageous, outside you pay less than half of what they charge), they are present in your morning/afternoon/evening to sell, after that, it's your bad luck if you need them. The school we booked provided more assistance than the Egali base and has many schools with better accommodations, including. I make a point of publishing this, so that no one goes through what my fiancé and I went through.
