Fantastic experience: We used these guys from Dublin Airport to Waterford and return to Dublin city, on both trips the driver was professional, and it was an uneventful trip, (no surprises), there was plenty of room for our luggage, and we were on time during both trips All in all an awesome experience.

Fantastic experience: Good service in Ireland

Negative experience: Very small amount of space in the seats (much less than any standard city bus or a Ryanair plane) and dirty toilets with a bad odour coming from them. Not worth the price, which has increased by 25% in the last 2 years.

Negative experience: They could take some time and get some cleaning done on the coaches maybe?? Specially if they charge more then Bus Eireann and the other TFI coaches in Waterford.

Fantastic experience: Always a smooth and easy journey,never had a problem travelling with J.J. Also,much nicer,polite and helpful drivers- One of the reasons i switched completely to travelling everywhere with them! Compared to their competitors,that has ultra-rude drivers and whose buses broke down every second trip,J.J. is at least 10 times better! Nice job!

Negative experience: Absolute joke of a service. My son waiting at bus stop to get bus to work on the Dunmore rd. Bus driver just steared at the child and drove past when standing at bus stop. Stupid service

Fantastic experience: Excellent bus service and really nice encounters with the bus drivers. Took the bus from dublin airport on the 28/07/23 and Collin was an excellent bus driver with excellent customer service!

Positive experience: Buses are nice but Ukrainian drivers seem to have worked as hangmen before. I had rollercoaster rides with lower pulse...

Positive experience: I'm glad the late night route from Waterford to Dublin airport still operates. I wish there was a route to Galway from Waterford. Very difficult to get info on delays in the late hours, but otherwise a good bus service.

Negative experience: Sad when you have to inform a company of their bus routes. Avoid at all costs.

Negative experience: Absolutely no complaints about the actual bus service. However I needed to speak with their customer service as my ticket was not emailed. I didn’t realise that customer service was a premium number and my call costed me as much as the ticket!

Negative experience: Horrible bus company. Bus driver didn't stop at the bus stop even he was too early. By complaining the customer service just said that I am lying and was not on time. Bad customer service. Never again!!!!

Negative experience: There are more passengers than available seats in the bus from Waterford at 10:45 am to Dublin Airport. This company doesn't care about the safety of passengers. NOT RECOMMENDED!
