Had a beautiful experience with the team during my Umrah trip....Visa, hotel bookings, performing the Umrah rites and all other activities involved were handled professionally.....I didn't travel with any family or friend but had a special bonding of being with loved ones....Come have a feel of these beautiful ❤️ experience with them....I pray Almighty Allah reward them bountifully... Fantastic experience: I had a blessed umra with sky tours few weeks ago, it was unforgettable, all the staff were amusing, didn’t have any single issues, flight, transport, hotels,zyarat all was perfect, thanks to everyone, oum mariam, fatima, haj ibrahim…, I definitely will go again and again , Jazakum lah khayran.

Fantastic experience: Al humdullah l performed Hajj this year 2023 . Ebrahim and Baya. Jazakum Allah kair for your great help and support and being around . Baya was with us, during hajj days and in makkah hotel. Nice, pleasent and professional lady. Have enjoyed her company We faced a huge difficulty with service provider Masharig as failed to provide basic committed services , but you guys really worked hard to overcome their shorters. I can imagine how hard it is to be placed to manage 200 hajj from Ireland ,you also volunteered to accomdate hujjaj from plonad with our group as were lost and no guide located to them by Mushariq . To my knowledge, Nusuk placed for other countries, more guidance with ratio 50 hajj against a guide. You overcome the load and preassure placed on you. Words are not enough to thank you but I ask Allah to reward you all the best.

Negative experience: Total unprofessional staff. they don't listen while talking and they don't provide honest feedback. They never answer any question directly and they lie that they have their phone calls recorded while I called a cellphone number. According to EU laws they can't record without notifying or getting permission and this hasn't happened in the first place. Alhamdullelah that we have now direct application at ministry of Hajj in Saudi Arabia so we don't have to deal with any middle men who are total disgrace, dishonest, unprofessional, unskilled & unknowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Atlantic Sky Team Tours. Went for Hajj back in 2018. The team are very helpful and professional and take care of all your hajj needs. The team and pilgrims were very close during Hajj, literally like a family. Really enjoyed the Hajj trip and the service in general. Hoping to travel with them again for Umrah. Definitely would recommend

Positive experience: best experience mashallah second time doing hajj with Atlantic skyteam tours hajj is a place where we go to worship Allah and work hard to get rid of our sins some people were complaining and there was no need for that because our HOTELs were of a very good standard some people expected that they were going to stay in a palace and thought that they were going to filled with luxuries .remember hajj is not a luxury and hajj is hard dear brothers and sisters . the prophet mohammed (saw) didn't live in a luxurious house and went he went to muzdalifah he didn't complain that he was slepping on the floor on rocks. yet we were provided better service's than other hajj group's. BRAHIM is hard working man and even in hajj he was still working hard and have us seminares. he did something out of his atmosphere to please us all . he even arranged only for us a special dinner in azizia which no company did.

Fantastic experience: Mashallah it was great experience My first time going hajj They took care of us from the minute we arrived in Dublin airport making sure we were ok and had everything we needed When we arrived to the hotel it was clean and the service was good The good and beds and bathroom were clean and had a fridge and kettle available too It was close to many shops and laundrette There was bus shuttle service which was very good and need not spend money from your pocket. They provided us with bags that had teabags water and juice and other essentials when we went to mina and arafah and muzdalifah The meddinah hotel was of high standard and was only 2 minutes walk to masjid anabawi and the ibn dawood shopping centre along with other shops around the hotel. They provide a very good serivice especially ziyarat which I seen that other travel agencies did not provide for their hajj group. But allhamdullilah it went very well and I was very happy to share my first hajj experience with them . Atlantic skyteam tours deserves 4stars.

Negative experience: Peace be upon you to the brothers who want or intend to go to Hajj or Umrah with this agency. Think twice and do your research beforehand. I had a bad experience at my own expense this year. I went to Hajj in 2017 with this agency, paid 5000 euros, and spent about 1700 euros there for a two-week trip. You have to consider the travel days; we spent our days in a shabby hotel in Elazizia, 6 km from Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi, with a makeshift disgusting restaurant. There was no washing machine, so we washed our clothes at our own expense or in the sink. No shuttle to go to the Kaaba; you had to take a taxi at least twice a day at your own cost. We were left to ourselves; if you have no money, you spend your days doing all the prayers in the hotel’s prayer room. The buses were a disaster and the cherry on top was that we only spent one day in Medina after a exhausting journey with a wait of at least 10 hours. We arrived exhausted in Medina at night. The service was minimal, no professionalism, everything was improvised. Yes, the hotel in Medina was terrible, stuck in the 80s. None of the promises were kept, many lies. If I had to rate the agency on a scale of 10, it deserves 0.5 out of 10; even for free, I wouldn't go with them. Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs.
