Positive experience: So far so good
Fantastic experience: Super helpful lady had loads of information on travelling in covid holiday resorts. Will be back soon to book holiday
Negative experience: Still awaiting money owing to me from holiday booked 2 months before covid. My daughter has emailed but despite contact from Lee travel through email, no refund. To say I'm upset is putting it mildly. Staff were lovely to deal with when Youghal branch was open.

Negative experience: No reply on phone call twice then got much cheaper on line for flights & hotel !!
