Negative experience: A big let down from start to finish payed 5500 euro for honeymoon to Italy both hotel s didn’t even know we were a married couple we payed extra to have our travel free of hassle o my god it was a disaster train journey was ment to be first class ended up o n train loaded with people begging for money when we arrived at destination taxi driver s were pulling at our cases wanting us to go with them on the phone all the time trying to find out about our travel causing friction between the two of us which was meant to be hassle free so they told us would highly not recommend them for any holiday charge alot but there word is worth nothing when we contacted them after our honeymoon they didn’t care cause they never replied to our emails avoid
