Fantastic experience: Always professional and always had a good time!

Fantastic experience: So happy with the service and experience champions travel provided to me. I watched a champions league game at the Emirates in hospitality and even though the club had issues sharing tickets 3 to 5 days before the game the guys at champions travel were very supportive and provided constant updates! Though the game wasn't the greatest I am thankful for the experience and service!

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing time at the LFC vs Bologna FC Champions League match. Seamless experience and great communication.

Negative experience: Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. They take payments for matches and when rescheduled... Refuse to offer refunds, often taking weeks to get back and you can't get them over the phone. Then pretend they haven't recieved communication. Avoid. (How do i find a minus one star option?)

Negative experience: Went into the business itself and left information with them in regards a an F1 holiday and they were to email me a quote once the gentleman i spoke to did it up. They never got back to me, this is about 3 months ago potentially so won't use them after this poor quality of customer service.

Negative experience: Dangerously misleading, overpriced & very bad after sales service. Website very misleading. Was of the belief what we booked was including coach and ferry. After myself and party had emailed several times to confirm, we were told of the itinerary. On the day we were told by coach driver our package did not actually include coach and ferry. Did not help the issue with some of his choice of words to us. Only made the issue worse. We were then greeted with two other reps from Champion travel. Their approach was no better. What made this ten times worse was the aggressive nature of all representatives of Champions travel. How they handled this was dreadful from beginning to end. Could so easily been dealt with better and worded better. Was insulted by them. Genuinely thought it was going to result in blows as one rep had squared up to person going with me on the trip. The other rep was in the background rolling his eyes up to the sky and just giving off a horrible attitude which escalated things. Having over 30 years of dealing with customers myself I can genuinely say I’d not allow any of my work colleagues speak to customers like that and none of my superiors would have them in a job for long if they did. If the website been clearer, if the sales queries had have taken the time to be careful with how they answered it, this would not been an issue. When you add three representatives with an attitude and aggressive nature to the mix, you could have serious problems and a legal case on your hands.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. Both at The Bridge, and Craven Cottage. Champions Travel came through in every way. A special thanks to Joe- his service was impeccable. A five star company, indeed. We can't wait to do business with you again!

Negative experience: I purchased 6 tickets for a united game, this date was the only date myself and my children could attend, its now been postponed and champions travel are refusing to refund me.

Fantastic experience: I booked a hospitality package at Leeds United for my husband's significant birthday. Champions Travel did a super job of organising everything and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I will definitely use them again.

Negative experience: Champions by name alone, barely strive to meet the bare minimum in terms of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: £4000 for a night stay and a Liverpool game, what a joke, you all should wear a mask

Fantastic experience: Used this company for Man City v Bournemouth 4-11-23. Seat price reasonable, seat view fantastic. Will use them again. Game was fab with City winning 6-1.

Negative experience: They’re fine taking your money but cancel tickets without telling you and don’t send refunds! Impossible to speak to over the phone! Customer service staff are rude and unprofessional, really poor company to deal with. Almost like they all have a chip on their shoulder. If you buy, just hope you don’t have to deal with their staff

Fantastic experience: Used Champions travel on 3 occasions now, two days before the game I realise I've no match tickets yet, contacted Champions travel in a panic, they got back to me rapidly and resent the tickets panic over. Cannot recommend them enough with a special thanks to Pauric for dealing with me with patience in a panic.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly responsive! We haven't actually gone to the game yet, just ordered the tickets, but I must have sent half a dozen emails asking for help and with questions. They respond quickly and never lost their patience. Highly recommend

I had Jonathan in the office tortured but not once did he complain - everything was organised to perfection and ran like clockwork. The bus was mighty and the tickets in the Etihad were top notch. The communications and details from the Champions Travel team were excellent and detailed, all that was agreed to in the purchase was accurate, and delivered on schedule, no issues. I highly recommend Champions Travel for your English Football ticket needs, they provide an excellent service, with a great value.

Negative experience: Paid over €500 for the Liverpool Bournemouth package. Champions 'TRAVEL' failed to state on the advert that no TRAVEL was provided. Tried to cancel shortly after while the money was still pending, and they refused to give a refund. They wouldn't even credit my account with what I paid. Avoid at all costs.

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY I have already told alot of people I know who use this company to stay well clear. I booked my tickets for VIP to Man Utd v Chelsea and was told the day that I booked it that I was getting a good price that the tickets would go up.. I spent 1640 euros for 2 VIP tickets (including hotel) a week later I rang the company as the tickets had gone down by over 500 euros and asked could I get a price match as I had booked 8 months in advance... after numerous phone calls and emails I was told No. When I had a general query it was answered straight away but when I questioned something I was ignored and received no correspondence. I even emailed the owner of the company and no answer. My husband then wanted to cancel the hotel which was costing over 400 euros but again I was told No even though I gave them 6 months notice. Then the date of the game was brought forward as Chelsea were playing another game and when I asked the company to get a refund on my hotel they were offering me 137 euros.. absolutely ridiculous considering I paid over double for this. I also was disgusted that originally I had paid to stay on a Saturday night and the game was changed to a Thursday night. I phoned the hotel and they told me that there was a 24 hour cancellation and that the hotel was not paid for at that stage.. again going back to trying to get as much money out of me as they could without having to deal with it. The hotel told me it was 99 sterling to stay there that night. I would never ever book with this company again and unless you wanted to get scammed stay well clear. All they do is take your money and don't care. When I told them it was bad business what they were doing I was shouted at on the phone and asked to explain what I meant by that which is exactly this. STAY well clear.

Negative experience: Saw advert about a cheap package, went on website and they wers all crazy prices

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. Not interested once they've taken your money. Original game I booked for was cancelled due to covid, which was obviously not the fault of Champions Travel. I asked if I could change to a different game and was told that this wasn't possible and I wouldn't be able to have a refund if I was unable to make the rearranged date. Fortunately I was able to make the rearranged date however, I had originally booked a bed and breakfast rate for the hotel and I was told that this was no longer available. When I asked if I could have a refund for the breakfast that I had already paid for I was rudely told that it wasn't possible and I could have an Uber voucher instead which was of no use to me. After speaking to two different people and getting nowhere I eventually gave up and lost the money.

Negative experience: Terrible Customer Service Terrible customer support when the football match package I purchased was rescheduled with no date announced. Champions offered to change onto a different fixture or to wait on the rescheduled date for the match I purchased. When neither option suited I asked for a refund as the initial package I purchased was changed. Champions Travel said I was not entitled to a refund and will lose the money I have paid if neither option suited. The manager I spoke with numerous times was rude and uninterested. I contacted the company via letter to ask them to advise why they were not offering a refund under the relevant consumer law, to which received no response. I made a claim to the small claims court and Champions Travel then contacted me and issued a refund. A lot of hassle for having extremely poor customer service.

Negative experience: Terrible experience, when we arrived at the hotel at 9pm they had no room for is. It took 90 mins to get a room. A 4ft bed between two grown men after being promised a twin room. Do not use this over priced company. We paid 500 euro each. Dreadful company.

Fantastic experience: Sent my partner and his brother to an arsenal game and it was the best experience they were absolutely delighted the seats they got were amazing and worth the money the whole arrangement going to visit the stadium before everyone .. I contacted the customer service line provided before the traveling to andm sure for myself of mind that everything was in place and good to go for them as it was a Christmas present and any enquiries I had were delt with perfectly and all questions were answered will be using this site and dealing with this company again ! Fantastic experience: It seems I am the first to write a review. Went on a trip to Anfield with my teenage daughter and had a FANTASTIC time. Great seats and excellent food in Premier Lounge. Had a bit of an issue with hotel before we went, but this was sorted out and we ended up in a better hotel at no extra cost. Will use this company again, and tell others about it. Well done Champions Travel.
