Negative experience: They don't care about you, they just want to get their share, and they respond quickly on payment day. But after that, you need to beg for a response after days or even a month, that's right! And after they receive the money, they are not truly willing to solve your problem or help you. They only want to get their share! And by the way, they ask you to pay a % of the Pathway course before applying, even though they don’t know if you will pass or not, if the university will accept you. And if you don't pass, they won’t refund the % of a course you didn’t even take. Look for an agency that doesn’t ask for this money, that only takes any money if you are accepted into the university and then your enrollment is processed! Be careful! I am going through the whole process again with another agency, which is not charging me anything, they will only charge me if the university accepts me!

Negative experience: I didn’t have a good experience. After I paid for the service changed a lot, the consultants simply took days to respond. I only got my documents, 1 day before classes started.

Negative experience: The agency does not provide good support to the person after closing, the consultants no longer respond on WhatsApp, and when we call, they do not provide any type of resolution to the person's problem, they only know how to make excuses. I closed my renewal in May, completed the payment in August, and until now I am still waiting for them to send my documents to renew my visa that expired yesterday!! Terrible service, they do not care about the clients, they are only interested in selling.

Negative experience: The agency takes a long time to do their job, they don't give you a return, you need to keep charging a return. My experience with CI was terrible, I hired them to facilitate my renewal, but thanks to their delay I missed the deadline for sending the documents. They had 45 days to do something that I alone did in a week, but unfortunately it was too late. Don't trust them.
