Fantastic experience: Derval arranged the honeymoon of a lifetime for us in July this year.. from the first phone call to us getting home 14 days later she gave us 100% commitment and detail. Negative experience: These ladies are probably used to booking extreme luxury holidays with people who dont have a budget because they did not want to know about me and my family. I was met with complete snobbery and just plain rudeness. I wanted to book through a travel agency as this was our first family holiday and i wanted the comfort of having someone in person who could answer my questions and concerns. There was nothing comforting about my experience here and at one stage when i asked a question i was abruptly scolded to just "get that out of your head right now". At that stage i knew i wasnt going to be making my booking here and made my excuses amd left. The shame is that the holiday she suggested is the holiday we are going on but just booked with a different agency.
