Negative experience: I had the worst experience with GPS travel where they basically forgot to book my honeymoon even though I had paid for it in full. When I checked a couple of days ahead of my departure the ticket ref provided by GPS travel did not exist so I made my way to their office (55 km away from my home). Their incompetent staff offered little to rectify this and re-booking the tickets happened at my cost. The price increased 3 times over and they requested me to do this as they had "no money in the company". The promised to pay me my money back for the additional charges, which they really did drag out and basically ruined my honeymoon period. Avoid these guys at all costs and their staff/owner.
