Negative experience: An absolute joke of a bus driver on the Dublin to clonmel route for the 3pm bus. He pulled up and told 3 people waiting to go to clonmel that he had only two tickets left and made them pick a number between 1 & 10. And took 2 people and left the last one stranded in dublin. She was there for a medical appointment and now has to spend more money on a train ticket to Thurles which cost €28. Along with the cost of the bus ticket she had. Kavanghs should reimburse the cost of the bus & train ticket due to their drivers behaviour. It is absolutely unacceptable. I will be sharing this across all social media’s if there isn’t a satisfactory gesture made by this company. Disgraceful way to operate a bus service.

Fantastic experience: We wanted to thank you, in particular the driver of the bus on the route to Clonmel on Saturday 1 June 2019 which left Dublin airport at 2.30pm. The driver was particularly helpful to the students that were travelling on this bus and we would like to thank him for the great, friendly service he gave. Equipeople welcome many students to Ireland who take part in our work experience programme, and it’s reassuring to know that these young students are looked after so well by your staff.

Fantastic experience: Punctual service. Well mannered driver. Unbeatable price. Clean and nice brand new coach with wifi and toilet. Compare to aircoach and Dublin coach. I prefer jj!
