Negative experience: Treated like an inconvenience when calling to enquirer about upcoming travel. Never have I felt like more of a “Pretty Woman” experience. I hung up and cried. The woman was so rude to me. Little do they know I have plenty of money and need help with large € size up coming trips.

Negative experience: Shop was tidy however was disappointed with the engagement from the cleric we were dealing with, it felt like we were being shirked off and that she was not taking us seriously as she took multiple phone calls when were trying to get a quote in our enquiries about making a booking so we decided to go elsewhere.
