Fantastic experience: We booked our honeymoon with Kanes Travel in January this year and Samantha could not have been more helpful and patient in going through the process with us. We were a bit fussy but she talked us through loads of options and helped us pick a beautiful destination that was perfect for us. Unfortunately, after we had already paid the full price, our honeymoon was cancelled due to the pandemic. Samantha and Anne were once again extremely helpful and responsive to our queries and kept us informed at all stages until we got our full refund. We could not recommend their services more and we fully intend to book our next holiday with them whenever we can finally travel abroad again!

Fantastic experience: Booked Eurocamp Sanguli through Lorraine who was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Lorraine has a wealth of knowledge and the resort she recommended didn't disappoint, we travelled with teenagers and an 8 year old and there was loads for all of them to do. I would highly recommend booking with Kanes, I will again in the future.

Positive experience: Rose assisted us with a trip to Naples Italy in April. Flights were with Ryanair & we had requested wheelchair assistance.Everything was in place for us in both Dublin & Naples. Rose took care of all the extras we required and we found Kane’s Travel a pleasure to deal with.

Lorraine Connolly had a knowledge of what we wanted that we would have been amazed to find anywhere else. She was able to advise us of what extras to avail of and what ones to avoid. She came back with ideas by email within a couple of hours of me telling her dates & type of holiday we wanted. They were the perfect mix of professional, helpful & friendly.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant Service we always use Kanes Travel, they have arranged exploring trips for us to Thailand, Australia and most recently to America, or sun holidays to Europe, even our very first holiday together to Greece was with them. They all give great advice and ideas, perfect hotels and good flights always at excellent value. They go above and beyond, we won't go anywhere else, they take all the stress out and just leave the enjoyment of the holiday.

Fantastic experience: The staff, particularly Lorraine Connolly the travel agent myself and my partner dealt with, were very friendly, helpful and knowledgable when we inquired about the area we were wishing to visit. We wanted to go to Lanzarote and Lorraine informed us of the resorts and how Puerto Del Carmen would suit us best as it was a vibrant resort which it did. The apartments she recommended were the Fariones and they were in an ideal location and we were very pleased with all they had to offer. Overall our experience with Kane's Travel was outstanding and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Negative experience: To say I was disappointed with this travel agency would be an understatement my wife went in and was inquiring about holidays and the lady in question told her that turkey was coming up as very cheap at the moment my wife asked why is it so cheap is there something going on here at the moment and the lady said no that there was nothing going on they were just cheap at the minute. as we are away for the last week and haven't seen any news we didn't know about the conflict here at the moment so that will tell you that this travel agency doesn't care about your safety they just want your money.
