Negative experience: The worst travel agents I have ever visited. The lady had no interest in booking my holiday. She was not pleasant at all and had an issue with everything.

Negative experience: Two visits to their place of business and one phone call, and I couldn't get them to look after me at all. Didn't even get a quote. I'm very happy for them that they are so busy, but I'll go elsewhere from now on.
