Fantastic experience: I can’t praise Fahy Travel enough!!! I meant to write this review a few months ago but the Cruise team and Caroline in particular was so helpful, kind and friendly in organising what was one of our absolute favourite holidays of all time!! From enquiring to booking and the cruise itself, it was all so seamless! We didn’t have to do a thing, only show up! She booked us an amazing cruise on Celebrity Beyond, she got us a fantastic package, gave us all the info and tips we needed and it was honestly the best honeymoon trip!! Would highly them recommend if booking! Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: We have recently returned from a 7 night Western Caribbean cruise, on the Symphony of the seas, and 1 night hotel stay in Miami. Caroline O Toole put together a great package for us, and we had an absolute ball! Caroline was a pleasure to deal with, and I would highly recommend Caroline, & Fahy travel when planning a trip. We also used Fahy travel in 2010 when planning our honeymoon. We look forward to planning with them again in the future.

Fantastic experience: This is our first time booking through a travel company and it was a seamless process! My husband and I were given multiple options out of DUB or SNN with different connections to Cancun. I appreciated that we had an allotted time to meet with Maura and review our options and we didn't feel rushed at all. We were able to book our seats, luggage, etc as well. I'm already planning to book our Christmas holiday with Fahy Travel. I don't know why we didn't utilize their services sooner! A definite 10/10 experience for us!

Fantastic experience: We just wanted to write a note to say thanks to Caroline for arranging such an amazing honeymoon for us. We had the time of our lives! The cruise was really well organised, relaxing and indulgent! And New Orleans was just out of this world, definitely the highlight of our trip. Between Miami and New Orleans though, the one thing we kept commenting on was the location of the hotels she chose for us, they could not have been more central and honestly perfect. We got back last week and we are already suffering from the holiday blues! So on to planning the next on, be in touch soon!

Fantastic experience: Caroline O'Toole from the cruise department helped us book last minute for a Christmas holiday to Cancun Mexico. On short notice she managed to get amazing flights and an incredible hotel for three of us. She had a huge amount of resort knowledge and helped us choose the best location for our holiday. Her vast experience and professionalism helped put our minds at ease for the last minute bookings in the lead up to christmas.I would highly recommend booking your holiday with Fahy travel and Caroline. We are already booking for next christmas .

Negative experience: One star because I can’t give 0, 6times I have rang Fahy Travel, 4 of those times I spoke to a woman, gave all my details because an agent was always too busy to take my call, 4 times I was told someone would call me back and they never did, twice I’ve left voicemails asking for call backs- no returning calls, no missed calls, no emails, no voicemails. No way to set an appts up to go into the office. This week I called again, again the agents were too busy , told someone would call me, I explained how this is the 7th time I’ve tried reaching out. After this I called another travel agents and got an agent right away and booked my family holiday that same day! Fahy travel then emailed me finally the next day and what was offered was ridiculous and over priced with no perks! Hundreds more then what I was offered with a different travel agency. So them not answering my calls/ getting back to me and in general terrible customer care did me a favour! My intention was to support our local business but I recommend Shopping around at different travel agencies!

We did have an issue with our answering machine early In the season but, once discovered, we had it rectified. You mentioned that you have been trying to get in touch since June. I check the answering machine myself &, while we can miss an occasional message, I am disappointed that we would miss so many of yours. All incoming phone messages are recorded and it is our policy to make contact within 24 hours, I do apologise for the experience you had with our company. We hope you have a great holiday . Negative experience: Rang to enquire about a trip...whoever I spoke to couldn't wait to get me off the line...suggested a voucher..
Very sorry to hear that Frances, we do not encourage clients to book a holiday for a third party, particularly if they do not know where they want to go. Customers generally find a Travel Voucher is a much easier option allowing the recipient to book a trip at a time that suits them.
