Negative experience: This happened years ago but never got around to doing a review. Booked a holiday to Torremolinos with this company. Me and my baby who was around 1 not walking yet. The staff sold me a hotel that was miles from anywhere. If I wanted to explore the area we had to go down & up a massive nearly vertical drop. If we wanted to go to the beach we had to get a train. Was so disappointed and upset. Ended up flying home early. What were they thinking sending a woman on her own here with a baby. I get so cross every time I pass them in Navan. Def just book your own holiday online. Don't trust these girls selling the dregs of hotels.

We offers all types of holidays to suit all budgets and standards , we are sorry yours did not meet your expectations however we have nothing on file or no official complaint to address your comments . We would ask all clients if you ever have a issue to contact us straight away as we can only ever fix the issue in resort not after you return . The shop in navan has grown every year since we opened over 15 years ago and has a huge support locally and we thank all our customers for that . We are sorry it was not right for you .

Fantastic experience: Hi guys I'm a little late writing this but had a mountain of thank yous to get through since the wedding! I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team there in Navan esp sarah! Myself and my hubbie had booked our wedding in Portugal and went to Sarah to get some options for all our guests flights, accommodation etc and Sarah just went above and beyond for us she was so informative and helpful and she took a massive amount of pressure off us regarding looking after our guests! Everyone that asked her a question she emailed back and forth and found everyone everything they needed and we also booked all our pre wedding and wedding flights car accommodation with her and everything was just perfect she even got a bottle of champagne left in our room for us when we arrived you are lucky to have this lady work for you So from the bottom of my heart thank you Sarah ❤️from Lynn & Barry Coffey
