Fantastic experience: We booked our holiday with Lorraine in the Tui office in Limerick .Lorraine helped us to decide our destination in Mexico. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in her dealings with us. I would highly recommend using Tui limerick, especially if you're lucky enough to have Lorraine look after your travel plans.

Fantastic experience: Lorraine was absolutely brilliant with us in TUI in the Crescent Shopping Center Limerick. She really listened to us in relation to what we were looking for, she then patiently went through all options for a week in Porto. There was no pressure on us but it was easy to decide to book because she found exactly what we were looking for and a lot cheaper than if we booked it ourselves. Great experience and would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Was in the crescent yesterday and tried to go in at 5.45. Sign on window said close at 6. Door locked with people inside. Woman come to door. We have to do our cash. Very disappointed as I had my son with me to book a holiday and he was very upset after and made the evening a disappointment

Fantastic experience: Just want to share my experience with using the Crescent TUI store to book our holiday. Everyone there is so helpful and special mention to Katia who went above and beyond to find exactly what we were looking for and even arranged to print our boarding passes and everything. I felt relaxed as soon as I met her so kind,wonderful personality understanding, she made suggestions, spot on and I felt I could trust her. She took all the stress off me as I find booking a holiday a chore!! Lovely atmosphere in the office also. Fantastic experience: I booked a holiday yesterday in the TUI store in the Crescent Shopping Centre, Limerick. The lady I was dealing with there was Lorraine. She went above and beyond finding the best holiday for my husband and myself. I would highly recommend dealing with Lorraine, she will go through everything to find the best package holiday for everyones different needs. She found so many more packages for me to choose in store, than I found online. The TUI store is a great benefit for people in the Limerick area.

Fantastic experience: What can I say. This was the the easiest holiday I have ever booked. Well i didn't book it the girl in TUI did it all for me. She explained everything so well her knowledge of all aspects of where i was going was so great.Cant wait for my trip now. You don't get this kind of customer service anymore and I love that it's face to face and not online.

Negative experience: Hi I booked poland for me and my autistic son for September the 10th to the 14th for his birthday when booking I was given wrong information I was told I booked a hotel with bed and breakfast and on arrival there was no reception so we had to ring tui back home and told her that I had arrival at what I was told was a hotel but turned out to be a under basic apartment and was told they were going to WhatsApp me a load of codes which I know nothing about and with no reception I had no idea where to or how to get to my room but the cleaning lady showed me where the room was which was a double bed and a sofa bed then in the end tui moved me to a different apartment which I'm very digest with tui that I booked a hotel with breakfast and all I got was a room

Fantastic experience: Just back from the most amazing holiday. I rang the office last November and told one of the staff what I required and she gave me a choice of three hotels but advised me of one which she thought would suit us best and we booked it. It was everything we asked for and more! Lovely quiet hotel, clean, comfortable and the staff so friendly. Food was amazing! We rang near the holiday to explain our son had special needs and hasn't travelled in years as its stressful. They gave us a Laynard for him to wear at the airport and the staff at security in Shannon Airport identified this and ushered him through a fast security que. On return home, our son was a bit worked up, again one of your TUI airport reps at Reus airport noticed this and his Laynard and ushered us to a fast check in which was very much appreciated and he was ever so kind to us. We did three excursions on this trip, two of which were guided. They were excellent! Our guide Teresa was friendly, helpful and very informative. Transfers were efficient and lovely bus drivers. We will be booking very soon for our next holiday. Thanks to the TUI team for everything.
