We went on our honeymoon to Venice and due to a storm the flight was cancelled but O Leary Travel sorted everything and rebooked etc so we had a wonderful honeymoon after all! I highly recommend. Negative experience: It was absolutely awful. I met a Dawn who was not a bit interested in my inquiries. She kept saying we do not do that and was in no way helpful and refused to look up anything for me. I left the place depressed. Can you not do better than this for your customers?
