Negative experience: Hate leaving a bad review as there can be different reasons for different things but on this occasion it has to be done. We will never use this travel agency again shocking service, didn't listen to one of our requests , nearly destroyed out honeymoon, we ended up having to pay extra money to move hotels managing director was absolutely shocking when we made contact with her issues right till the end. when I emailed after the holiday to try resolve all the issues directly with them her response was basically "sorry your holiday was bad we will look at your points" maybe if we had dealt with another staff our experience may have been better but we will never know and will never find out will never go near them again.

Negative experience: Don't call back when say they will

I had a couple of flight enquiries with regard to Covid, and even though I didn’t book the flights with this company, they extended their time, help and professionalism in delivering a extremely helpful response with my enquiry. I have been in the hospitality business for 40 years, I would be extremely proud and honoured if I had any of the personal from this company working for me.
