Fantastic experience: Fab staff,but need table in seating area for taking notes ect..,more chairs needed too. Not everyone can stand for long periods whilst booking/enquiring/talking to staff. A more personal approach where staff and customers are seated together whilst enquiring would make life easier. :-)
