Fantastic experience: I recently went on a trip to Morocco organised by Adams & Butler, and I have to say the attention to detail provided by the team was second to none. Richard, with whom I was liaising with most, can not go without a mention. He was there to answer all of my questions whenever I was in need and really put my mind at ease when navigating a landscape and culture I was truly unfamiliar with. Another keen note to highlight was the authenticity of the trip - from organised tours, dining recommendations, hikes, and my personal favourite of meeting a Berber family and being coached on how to cook a traditional tagine (the best I have ever had) being an avid cook myself, and after letting the team know and having them tailor an experience around one of my passions was the cherry on the top of an already unforgettable trip. A massive thanks again to the team for the memories!
Fantastic experience: Without a doubt the smoothest & most convenient travel experience in a new place that I've had. Everything from the transport to the accomodation to the people involved all worked cohesively, and it all added up to a wonderul experience all round. I would strongly recommend!
Negative experience: I highly recommend any traveller look for a company that deals in honest, ethical and legal practises. A&B might look good on the website but behind the scenes they don't even deserve one star. My opinion after working with a party supporting them is to please look elsewhere.

Should we not hear from you with in 48 hours we will have no alternative but to commence proceedings and an investigation with Google and our solicitors for the defamation of our reputation.
Fantastic experience: Buster Scates is not a client nor has ever travelled with us. There is no way for us to reply to that post.
Negative experience: The overall experience was subpar and disappointing to say the least. Our personal driver was great, but the itinerary and accommodations that Adams & Butler setup was an overall disappointment. Obviously, there were a lot of great places in Ireland, but Adams & Butler failed to provide a 5 star experience as advertised and invoiced. To be honest, when we questioned certain aspects of the trip, Adam & Butler didn’t seem concerned or interested in discussing the short comings of a trip that had an unlimited budget/itinerary. I will not use Adams & Butler on our future trips.
