Fantastic experience: Paula and her team put together a truly perfect route for 10 days in Ireland. Accomodations were beautiful, itinerary and tickets were clear and organized, and her expertise on attractions and restaurants was invaluable. So easy to work and communicate with, despite being separated by the Atlantic. We would be happy to work with Platinum Travel again!

Fantastic experience: Recently myself and a friend spent five days in Krakow. Ciara and her staff were very helpful and efficient. Everything went like clockwork. When we arrived at the airport we were collected immediately and brought to our hotel. The same happened on our return to the airport. The hotel that Ciara picked for us was just great. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast would keep you going for hours. It was so central that we walked everywhere. I would without hesitation recommend Platinum Travel. Fantastic experience: We have just returned from a "bucket list" type holiday to Canada and USA organised by Paula of Platinum Travel. I can't recommend Platinum Travel highly enough. Paula did a huge amount of planning and for us :- there were several legs on our trip, so it took a lot of organising. She was so thorough and patient in discussing the various options, and in sending follow-up emails to allow us to review our choices, and was so flexible when we wanted to discuss any changes. Platinum Travel provide a highly personal and friendly service, and they take great pride and obvious pleasure in their job. Paula was just as enthusiastic about planning our holiday as we were ourselves ! I guess the highest compliment we can give is to say that we are already planning our next trip with Platinum Travel.

Positive experience: Platinum travel have converted me back to using a travel agent.Like many people I had not had the opportunity to travel out of the country. This company sorted out all requirements,car parking at Dublin airport,flights, accomodation and transfers to and from my airport of deatination.Excellent I will definately be using them again.

Fantastic experience: Amazing trip to India organised totally by Ciara in Platinum. A considered plan that totally fitted my group which varied in ages and expectations. I had a hideous curve ball in run up after a visa was refused (really abnormal) but I would need a book to explain what happened. Safe to say that Ciara sorted the impossible and went above and beyond her actual job to make sure we got there even taking personal time to help. forever grateful.. Fantastic experience: Ciara helped our family book an amazing trip to with an older teenager and a younger special needs child. She took in to account how far we were willing to travel, what we wanted to do (beach and culture), and the diverse needs of our boys and put together a trip to Oman which we will always remember. It was honestly the most stress-free family trip we've taken as Ciara had already thought through and organised all the details for us. Fantastic experience: We have to say that Ciara and her team were magnificent in organising our recent trip to New York. Ciara recommended The Time Hotel on Times Square, it was so central and easy to find. The Hotel was excellent and with the NYC city taxes included a very good breakfast. Fantastic experience: We travelled to the US recently and Ciara from Platinum Travel was absolutely fantastic in organising it all. Great accommodation, dealt with our last minute request, really good recommendations on what to do while we were there. Nothing was a problem. Separately Ciara had organised an amazing family trip to Australia for us just before Covid struck. The holiday couldn’t go ahead and Ciara organised for everything to be fully refunded. It was such a stressful time for travel agents everywhere but Ciara was so positive and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend Platinum Travel.

Since booking my first holiday though the company last year, I have returned to book 4 further holidays and will return to book every subsequent holiday using this service. Fantastic experience: We had a very enjoyable week at the Hotel Volcan. It was great to be back in Playa Blanca at our favourite hotel after nearly five years and all that everyone has been through during that time. The flight takes four hours and because Ryanair seats don't incline the journey was more uncomfortable than it should have been. Other than that, everything went like clockwork, including the flight tickets and the transfer to and from the airport in Lanzarote. Many thanks to Paula and her colleagues for putting it all together for us.

Fantastic experience: Ciara and the team helped us organise an amazing holiday that spanned the US. As can be expected, an airline changed an internal flight during our holiday but Ciara organised the flight changes etc effortlessly so that we had minimum disruption to our holiday. Fantastic experience: Helen was very helpful on our December 2019 trip to Australia and New Zealand. Landslides and heavy rains in NZ meant that our plans had to change dramatically - rerouting to the other side of the South Island.
