Click&Go

Positive experience: I booked a cruise with Click and Go and while they are cheaper than some travel agents this reflects the level of service you receive. For one our local travel agent will never use Ryanair for cruises as there is too much hassle with baggage and sometimes they are delayed and we were delayed by over two hrs but this is why Click and Go can offer cheaper prices. They also send zero documentation which is fine if it’s just one or two people but I booked 14 people on the cruise and I had to print off luggage tags and boarding passes for everyone - a family member booked a cruise with Cassidy travel online and they received a travel pack in the post before their cruise including luggage tags. It wasn’t a first time cruise for me but if it had of been Click and Go offered no assistance at all.

Fantastic experience: Sol Costa Durado Salou excellent in every way. Food, entertainment, staff and cleaniness. Good Location for kids close to karting and beach. Wifi bit slow.

Negative experience: Booked a cruise with MSc through click and go . Return flight was 12 at night and your off the cruise first thing in the morning . There was a flight same airline at 12 midday but tried all week to change the flight and neither clock and go nor aer lingus nor MSc cruise would give me the flight ref number to change it . 14 hours in the airport is insane when there was a midday flight . Click and go said it was MSc , aer lingus wouldn’t change to the earlier flight in the airport even though they had room on the flight and MSc only replied to my daily e mails a week later I was home by the time they replied . The flight was from Venice to Dublin . Click and go did reply to my e mails but passed the buck to Msc

Fantastic experience: Just back from our 5 day trip to New York and I have to say we cannot fault the service. Website is user friendly and the information provided is clear and transparent. All travel went seamlessly, hotel exceeded expectations. We upgraded our flights to allow us to select our own seats at an extra cost, this was our own decision, nice to have this autonomy. I would advise any prospective customers to ignore any negative reviews, this is a brilliant transparent service, will be using again. Thank you for the great trip.

Negative experience: Rubbish online service! I wanted to book a trip from Southampton to somewhere in Europe/Med. The site was bringing up no options when I searched my criteria so I emailed the chat asking for a list of cruises but was told to supply my phone number. I said I couldn't take a call as I was on shift and was told it would take 48hours for them to call me anyway so just provided my phone number. I said I couldn't guarantee I would answer the call as I might be either on shift or asleep and I was eager to book that day so I could put in for annual leave. I said if you can email me a list of the cruises and prices to my email and if not to just at least let me know so I can book elsewhere. Rather than reply to me or email me they just closed the query/chat off on their system. I have booked now with Royal Carribbean flawlessly on their site which brought up prices and options and was done in a few minutes. Bad website and even worse customer service.

Fantastic experience: I have to say click and go is My favourite. It has made booking hoildays so much easier . If you do have problems they will help in anyway they can . I recently booked my honeymoon for this year and the website was giving me brother but one of your employees were amazing went out of her way to make sure I got the booking I was looking for . I know people have mixed feelings about click and go but in my experience they have been absolutely fabulous.

As someone who had never been on a cruise before, I had to get my information from YouTube videos, the agent never told us about checking in on the cruise app and printing luggage labels etc... I also requested at least 2 or 3 times not to be seated next to the toilets on the plane. The agent was very dismissive and couldn't be bothered to check our seats, and guess what? Our seats were next to the toilets in the last row even though we were one of the first passengers to be booked on the flight.

Negative experience: Asked for quotes and advice for a cruise for our honeymoon, dealing with Wendy last spoke to her on the 4th of July, and asked for update on the 14th of July, still no reply from her, they obviously don't need the business.

Negative experience: Transfer taken to wrong hotel room given filthy paid for two rooms our older twenties daughters made to feel unsafe with your fellars leaning over their balcony jeering then kept up most nights by all young male or female groups like 18 30s hotel sold as family resort far from that complained with vidoes hundred photos of filth told by click and go nothing wrong with it €4000.00 spent never phoned back when suppossed too had to keep on to them and no reps at hotel or resort joke take your money and dont care

Negative experience: Beware and stay clear of this company at all costs!! currently on a short break which I booked with themselves and have had nothing but hassle, Firstly I wanted to change my hotel and tried to amend my booking well in advance of their so called cut off limit and was informed the next day that I missed that limit by 1 day even though I had informed them the day prior and I would have to pay in excess of another €400 if I wanted to choose a different hotel that it was out of their control, (which I know was untrue) The day before I left I was then informed that the original hotel I booked may not be available and somehow that was my fault, Fast forward a day later when I arrived to a so called 4* botique hotel and the place is like a dump,,like an actual hostel from the 80s, Horrible small and old room with paint basically peeling away from the walls and I'd struggle to even stretch in and I'm only 5ft 10",, customer service is an absolute joke, clearly have no training on how to treat a paying customer and have been no help whatsoever,, Make you think they are the best company and will tell you everything you want to hear until they get you're money and after that they could care less,, if I could give them -5 starts I would, WILL NEVER TRAVEL WITH THEM AGAIN AND I ADVISE ANYONE TO THE SAME!

The call centre staff are helpful, friendly and polite and genuinely trying to help you find the perfect holiday. Click and Go reward repeat customers with discounts on further bookings I always recommend you phone to ensure you get your extra discount. They email your holiday pack with all your info which is super handy. If you book early enough you can stage your payments. I would highly recommend booking your holiday with click and go

Fantastic experience: Just back from a three day city break in Prague. We stayed at the Union Hotel and found it very convenient as it had a tram stop almost on the doorstep which went right into the centre of the city. Hotel was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with Click & Go as they offer great range of breaks in all the most interesting cities of Europe with great value for money. This site has been a great find.Can't wait to use them again.

Negative experience: Booked hotel 6 months in advance for x1 week in Italy, prepaid in full, but hotel was overbooked & we were sent 3km away to a totally different, inconvenient part of town. Customer Experience team never bothered to call us on return almost a month ago. First time to book Click & Go / Fly Shannon. Sorry but cannot recommend this company- holidays are too precious and expensive to risk. Try Travel Department, Top-flight or TUI for dependability and a happier holiday experience.

Negative experience: Booked a holiday with them flights and hotel. when I arrived at the "hotel" I cried it was the Leone aparthotel it looked nothing like the photographs they had put up on the website about the place. I found out later they were using it as a refugee hotel for ukrainians, buildings decided bordered up and graffiti all over the place he had not been updated in decades. It was down what I would call a Shady Street I was traveling solo and I would be totally scared staying in such a place or area. I had to pay to go to an extra hotel even though it was a sister Hotel. Click and go refuse to acknowledge the phone call I had with their employee when I write at the new hotel and would not refund me the extra money I had to spend to stay somewhere I felt safer. So that is why I don't recommend them very bad customer service.

We had never been to krakow before and she suggested a place to stay that she thought we would like. The package she organised was so reasonable for flights transfers accommodation. We could not have organised a better location , everything was a stones throw from were we stayed. It was the first time I dealt with a travel agency who were very interested in organising your perfect holiday. I will definitely use click & Go again. Excellent service.

Fantastic experience: We booked a holiday and ended up having to change the dates due to personal reasons, after speaking with an agent we couldn't get the same destination so they changed it and the dates for us without any penalties.. we then have had to do it again and add on a new baby, because of the backlog on first to passports. I was very impressed initially with the handling of all. I was however told balance is due 10 weeks before holiday which is in October yet almost 500 deducted from my bank account today. Obviously I was initially shocked and annoyed but I called and immediately and they apologized ,amended the date and refunded me. Very professional.
