Fantastic experience: This is my second time in 5 months booking a holiday with TUI in Mahon point, each time I found the girls, Alisha back in May and now Emma in the last couple of days to be extremely helpful and very efficient and made everything so easy and straightforward so our holiday was stress free and we could relax and enjoy it with no worries, I will be going back here for our next holiday without a doubt, well done to the girls on such great work

Negative experience: Went into shop in Mahon 2 weeks ago enquiring bout a holiday. Service was shocking. Walked in and there were about 6 agents sitting at desks with no customers, no one said hello, one girl looked up and looked way again. I then went to her desk and sat down and asked about holidays, told her was looking for sun holiday in oct. She typed away and then said would I consider costa del sol, i asked was it hot there that time of year, she said it can be.. I then asked was there anything in Lanzarote and she asked my budget and then came back to me with a holiday around €1000 over what i had told her and she said i had left it too late, i went out and googled holidays and found one within budget on loveholiday straight away. I had gone into the shop to get info on specific locations and advice you cant get online booking yourself. I got minimal communication and was disgusted with the customer service. Shocking.

Positive experience: booked a holiday to lanzerote with tui .the hotel we got was outstanding beatriz Costa + Spa Costa teguise . spotless. only thing 20min walk from hotel to the town. we got all inclusive which was good. food was OK a bit on the cold side. definitely book that hotel again

Ciara went through all our options while considering our budget, and answered all the questions we had as first time cruisers. Offered us a great payment plan that was affordable and kept us updated when the drinks package went on offer. She had our tickets ready to go well in advance, putting our worrying minds to rest. So knowledgeable and so helpful.

It’s our first time going on holiday with our baby daughter, so we needed a lot of help and advice in making the right choice. Ciara was very knowledgable and explained a range of options to us. She listened to what we wanted and tailored her advice to our specific needs, never rushing us or pushing us into one destination. Ciara was able to discuss the various packages in detail and clearly has thorough knowledge of the destinations TUI offer. It was great that she knew the best options for infants from the get go. Ciara handled everything for us and made booking our holiday so easy and enjoyable. We are very confident that we made the right decision and we’re very much looking forward to our daughter’s first holiday this summer. Would very much recommend Ciara and the team.

Fantastic experience: Just back from my holiday in Torremolinos, Spain. This was my first time using TUI for booking a holiday. The agent we booked with, Katie, couldn't have been more helpful. Gave us lots of options and great info on each one. After choosing our Hotel the Alua Sun Laho Roja I wanted to know if there was anything worthwhile seeing that she would recommend. Katie gave me a few suggestions and I was able to get her to book it for me and add it to my holiday. From start to finish everything ran so smoothly, from flights, to collection at airport and drop off to hotel, the hotel itself and the added day trip, it was all perfect. A TUI rep was at the hotel on two different days if we needed extra info and all our trip details were accessable on the TUI app. I'm back two days and I'm already looking for my next holiday. I'm sure all staff are amazing but I will personally ask for Katie again as I felt she really got what I was looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TUI for holidays and will only be using them in future. Keep up the amazing work.

Fantastic experience: It is years since I booked through a travel agents. Having dealt with a girl called Martina Carroll in Mahon Point I have to say that I will go through them again. It was a hassle free experience and it worked out cheaper than if I booked directly. Martina was really helpful and she was able to answer all my questions.

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Carmel who helped us organise the entire trip. We were not sure where we wanted to go but Carmel took the time to get to know us and our interests and recommended the most perfect holiday for us, even within our budget! I honestly had never been so excited to go away as I was this time. Carmel gave us her recommendations of activities to do and the hot spots to go to and it made the whole trip effortless. Fantastic experience: I recently had emergency surgery and thought that we would have to cancel our holiday. Rang the Mahon store and asked if we could get a ground floor apartment and assistance at airport as unable to do steps at the moment. Despite there being less than 2 weeks to our departure, there was no issue and everything was done in a matter of hours. A huge thanks to Katie for all her help and efforts to help us. Katie, you are a credit to your company and I hope they know what a great employee they have in you.

Fantastic experience: Hi I would like to thank most sincerely two very kind and very caring young ladies who work in tui holiday Mahonpoint and their Names Rebecca who we booked our long awaited holiday and to be fair there is another young lady who Name cloadgh and I spoke to her this afternoon by phone and the young lady is alway such a wonderful pleasure to deal and always puts a smile on my face every time she asist me with anything regarding our holiday and always give the best advice possible. So for Ms Caroline oconnor and Mr Denis Fitzgerald it is tui holiday all the way roll on our 2 weeks holiday in Spain in June really can't wait .

Fantastic experience: I wish to thank all the wonderful staff especially Orla in Mahon Point. The only reason I book with TUI is the wonderful support I received from start to finish. Orla goes beyond the call of duty all the time for me. I am a client for many years now and my experience has always been really positive with Orla and all the staff in Mahon Point. They listen and advice resulting in a fantastic holiday experience for me. The only negative thing have to say, and this has nothing to do with the staff in Mahon Point, is that the flight I was due to travel out of Cork in July changed it time to the evening which is no good for me as I have to meet the TUI cruise ship which would have left. I now have to go to Dublin overnight as my flight goes out at 6:00am. Staying overnight cost me €189. TUI gave me €100 for the inconvenience but I would have thought, knowing the cost of accommodation in Dublin, they should have at least given me €200 for travel and accommodation and the inconvenience caused to me.
